Secretary of State John Kerry plans to sign a controversial U.N. treaty on arms regulation on Wednesday, a senior State Department official told Fox News -- despite warnings from lawmakers that the Senate will not ratify the agreement.

Kerry and the illegal alien sitting in the White House can sign that POS treaty all day long and it makes no difference. The Senate will never ratify it.
This is like signing a petition....Calling it an enforceable treaty is absurd.
One suspects that Mr Kerry is merely, and obediently following instructions.
Kerry is probably already sitting at the table with the pen in his hand. He cannot wait to sign that thing. He is panting as if this thing is a rich widow.
Kerry: Always the one to so quickly surrender or flee from reality.
Benedict Arnold is laughing in his grave, while Alger Hiss is thinking (from hell), “we’ve got one”.
This is great news. We need to push a non-ratification vote in the Senate to put vulnerable Dems into a bind.
It just keeps getting better for us. Proverbs 16:18 is coming to pass. We need to avoid hubris and win our ground game.
Let’s put a non-ratification vote up in the Senate. We can hold the Congress for a generation.
I saw a trailer on Glenn Beck’s The Blaze where he signed it - is that really true???
