President Barack Obama is once again warning House Republicans that he will not negotiate over a debt-ceiling increase, even as the U.S. government moves closer to its borrowing limit.
Obama called Speaker John Boehner Friday night to reiterate his hard-line stance. The Ohio Republican’s office said the president called to say “he wouldn’t negotiate with him on the debt limit.”
“Given the long history of using debt limit increases to achieve bipartisan deficit reduction and economic reforms, the speaker was disappointed but told the president that the two chambers of Congress will chart the path ahead,” a Boehner aide said in an email. “It was a brief call.”
A White House official said Obama spoke to both Boehner and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
“The President telephoned Speaker Boehner and told him again that the full faith and credit of the United States should not and will not be subject to negotiation,” the official said in a statement provided to POLITICO. “The President reiterated that it is the constitutional responsibility of the US Congress to pass the nation’s budget and pay the nation’s bills.”

I just don’t beleive it. Pelosi said obama was the least partisan and most willing to compromise president in her life time.
There is nothing to negotiate. Obamacare is a constitutional conservative Tea a Party red line.

It’s not their responsiblity to borrow more money to create more bills that will require borrowing more money to not pay either. I wish Boehner had a pair but we know better. John will cave again. No surprise here.

If I were Boehner, I’d warn Buckwheat that he don’t got no Muslims to back his skinny ass up, and his black slaves on the democrat plantation don’t know that you don’t hold your glocks sideways, even you got 2.2 billion rounds of cop-killer bullets. I’s also remind Buckwheat, if I were Boehner, that the latest poll shows that blacks fear these three things most:
1. Ghosts.
2. Dark forests.
3. Mosquitoes.
So if’n Buckwheat wants to get crazy azz crackers in fly-over America, he starts at a distinct disadvantage. Ain’t no muslims in deep, dark forests here in America, and black folk don’t like trees that cast dark shadows neither.

I think we may end up with a very interesting 2014 election season in which a lot of Democrats go out of their way to distance themselves from Barack Obama and paint him as an uncompromising leftist @sshole.
