What’s an “automatic AR-15 shotgun?” A figment of Piers Anthony and/or CNN know knowledge of guns headline writers imagination.
They watch videos, they have mental health issues, they eat carrots, etc. Theo only thing in common with these mass killings is _ THEY TAKE PLACE IN A “GUN FREE ZONE”

Bet you’re right about the rifling. I don’t have any experience with a rifled shotgun barrel.
At least slugs for rifled 12ga are readily available — I know because I continually trip on ‘em on the shelf while looking for smoothbore slugs. They’re pricy though.

I’d like to experiment with packing a shotshell with nickels sometime. It’d still be cheaper than some of this fancy 12ga ammo.

The Brenneke slugs will work fine for either smooth or rifled bore shotguns.
