The head of the opposition Free Syria Army, General Salim Idriss, told CNNs Christiane Amanpour on Thursday that he has intelligence that the Assad regime is moving its chemical weapons out of the country.
Today we have information that the regime began to move chemical materials and chemical weapons to Lebanon and to Iraq, General Idriss told Amanpour from inside Syria.
Its a huge claim that would fundamentally shift everything U.S. intelligence officials have in the past said they believe about the situation in Syria, CNN Pentagon Correspondent Barbara Starr reports.

Why not? They came from Iraq in the first place.

Makes sense.
Most of them likely came into Syria from Iraq in the first place when we moved to take out Sadam.
Fool me once...

You know that. I know that. Others know that. Even the mainstream media knows that, but won't publish it.

You really think Russia wants that stuff around??
He took it as an opportunity.
IN fact, I'm now inclined to say...Do you really think Assad wants them around?
This is a world of Nukes...

The chem weapons shell game.
Move and hide most of it, then announce you want to join the Int’l Chem Weapons Convention to appease the West. Let inspectors in to look at the lessor chem weapons you chose to keep for the show. Surrender those, avoid US attack, let it die down then move stockpiles back in.

My sentiments exactly. Can you say WMD were there, after all?

Obama foreign policy FAIL! Instead of knowing where the Bio/Chem weapons are, they are being taken to other unstable, Jihadi friendly countries.
Moving them to Iraq gets them closer to where they can be used against US troops.

If they’re being moved to Lebanon, that’s who’s going to get them.
