The National Black Republican Association filed Articles of Impeachment with Congress against President Barack Obama for his gross violations of our constitution and dereliction of duty as our commander-in-chief

:The Dual Purposes for the “Targeting” of George Zimmerman

The truth and dual purpose behind the Zimmerman persecution .. The regime and the media set the premise for the trial narrative and their presentations ignoring the setting where the incident took place..An area having a “Neighborhood Watch” and the person working security known as George Zimmerman just doing his job When he was attacked by a young black known as Martin Trayvon over a struggle for Zimmerman’s pistol..

Why was this episode politicized ?...The result was to gin up the black base for purposes explained herein but there was an original socialist agenda which is what Obama’s interjection was about .But exemplifies the cliche “The road to hell is paved with good intentions”. if that socialist approach could be called “good” for US.

If some of those so called conservative talk show hosts, refered to here as “talkies” many of which are lawyers had interviewed guests who run such watches and had the courage to fight PC and defend Zimmerman they would have exposed the regime and the media for the frauds they are.

The few who are still “milking this” by accepting black callers.unfortunately were allowing those callers to mis-state the facts such as as Martin was the “victim,” was “stalked,” where Martin was “stopped”,and “questioned” when there was no legal right to do so,then “killed in cold blood” as these assertions developed. They left those callers responses unquestioned and unchallanged as examples of what the thinking was. Which was a gross mistake.

If any of the of the youthful perpetrators of these racial crimes, some listed below, were asked. They would undoubtably claim they believe all those assertions were true. That so far has never come up because most of them have not yet gone to trial but sooner or later some good defence lawyer will bring this up as a defence issue.. Instead the “talkies” failed to cite the simple facts outlined and documented here, and allowed the callers miss-conceptions to go unchallanged..

Talk show hosts could have gone even deeper citing examples of policy and corruption even suggest that might be the reason for divertining attention from other problems but theyu didn’t. . Let alone ask callers what has Obama done for you? Or even warn them as unfortunately being used and deliberately mis-informed

Worse yet the Zimmerman incident is still considered as another Roman circus set up by the regime to divert attention from other problems and not understood as a socialist divisionary tactic. Leaving this socialist tactic unquestioned and unchallanged and the truth unrevealed by the political opposition.

By not responding the present Republican leadership have ceded two key demographic groups; black, amd “hispanic,” to what the opposition refuses to call socialist let alone “demo-coms” known formerly as democrats. For what they are today. Hence the term “demo-coms” which could isolate them of course would be lothe to be used by the RINOS and members of the “ruling elite”.

Neighborhood watch areas particularly a “gated” neighborhood watch is an area which is posted as such and guarded. When you enter one of these and start wandering around no matter if you are white, blue, red, green, or black. You can be asked your purpose for being there. You are on private property. It was the second time the President of the United States has interjected himself into a confrontation between those in authority on legal grounds reasonably questioned and released someone involved in a curious activity in a patrolled area. In both cases those representing “authority” were reported as “white” . In the second case the person working security was attacked on private rights of way while on foot who discontinued an observation and was returing to his vehicle after being suggested by the police to do so. Legally he could have approached Saint Trayvon but didn’t..The hooded tall figure was allowed to continue on his way.unimpeded. But didn’t. That figure turned out to be a Martin Trayvon who doubled back and attacked the “neighborhood watch” worker as he was returing to his vehicle. Knocked him to the ground and began beating him severly. Saint Trayvon, the attacker, was subsequently killed in a struggle over the Neighborhood Watchman’s legal pistol.

The facts of this case are still being shamefully being concealed by the media to the extent they are advancing and are complicit in permitting a putrid injstice of the worst order,organized and instituted by our governent, to be committed .While denied. It began as a miscalculation when a surname of a Jewish origin shot up and lighted the heavens like a star shell in the darkest of nights.

It would have been difused if the media used pictures of both side by side because they look like cousins. And the area where this occured of paycheck to paycheck struggling homeowners of all races trying to protect themselves had been reported and not some ritzy all white enclave.they portrayed..Worse yet the media is still pilling it on with ABC editing a a black jury members (remember when they were all white)t remarks to make it sound like she accused Zimmerman of murder .

The result as we have seen is that another marxist axiom (division) has been implemented which has resulted with gangs of black youths murdering happless whites and “hispanics” who happen into areas usually where a black population is the majority. Those media outlets who by their delberate misuse of the instrument of the 1st amendment are just as complicit in those deaths as the regime is. Other forms of media particularly the black media had the duty but not the obligation to verify and report factually. What is the result ? Black youths believing they would get top level peer approval began attacking happless white and hispanics which may have wandered into their area which resulted in murders or serious injury and some cases stalked their white victims. In reality those victims are martyrs to the cause of American socialism., and the political opposition says nothing..

THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF PAINTING THE TARGET LIES IS A SOCIALIST AGENDA

Throughout this time with innocents being murdered because of the inflamatory rhetoric composed of lies and missconceptions being driven. Obama never disassociated himself from it nor discouraged it. Using the propaganda generated the party had discarded any of its former FDR social moorings when it hyphenated itself from God at their 2012 convention from democrat into demo-coms, and believe that all groups should be hyphenated , Afro-American, Hispanic-American, etc..

Decided Zimmerman to be the egg that is to be broken,. sacrificed, so that we have an omlet which follows tactics advocated by socialist adhearants...Just like Stalin did to the Ukrainian land owners known as Kulacks whom he executed, (and used that egg example) in a soclal engineering plan to organize collectives during a Russian drought..

Because as we have learned there seems to be the intention to use a collective data base to create collectives.where a utopia of uniforimity of conformity exists. Now if somebody even suggests impeachment. Get to your black base voters, whom you’ve done nothing for,.all worked up. Pick on some security guard who’s doing his job.

Accuse him of being racist ,even though he is part black..But his last name sounds “jewish.”Who’s doing surveilance in an mixed race area of modest means a where there’s been robberies and burgalries by young blacks.

Now call that surveilance stalking, the area he’s patrolling owned by rich whities,and the guard of course he’s white.That person he’s watching a 10 year old black kid a “victim” and a saint. Not six foot two 160 pound 16 year old, who gets killed fighting over a gun. .

(NBRA) based in Sarasota, FL,
headed by Chairman Frances Rice,
filed Articles of Impeachment against
President Barack Obama with the following
language:

We, black American citizens, in order to free ourselves and
our fellow citizens from governmental tyranny, do herewith
submit these Articles of Impeachment to Congress for the
removal of President Barack H. Obama, aka, Barry Soetoro,
from office for his attack on liberty and commission of egregious acts of despotism that constitute high crimes and misdemeanors.
On July 4, 1776, the founders of our nation declared their
independence from governmental tyranny and reaffirmed
their faith in independence with the ratification of the Bill of Rights in 1791. Asserting their right to break free from the tyranny of a nation that denied them the civil liberties that are our birthright, the founders declared:

“When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing
invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them
under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” - Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.

THE IMPEACHMENT POWER
Article II, Section IV of the United States Constitution provides:
“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers
of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment
for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other
high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

THE ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT
In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Barack H. Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, personally and
through his subordinates and agents, in violation or disregard of the constitutional rights of citizens and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice, in that:

ARTICLE 1
He has covered up, delayed, impeded and obstructed the
investigation of the Benghazi Battle.
Specific conduct includes: (1) failing to adequately secure
the US Consulate and the CIA annex in Benghazi; (2) failing
to send a response team to rescue embattled US citizens
in Benghazi; (3) lying to the American people about
why the US Consulate and the CIA annex were attacked in
Benghazi; and (4) hiding from the media and congressional
investigators the Central Intelligence Agency personnel
and other wounded US citizens who were on the ground in
Benghazi by scattering them throughout the United States,
forcing them to adopt new identities and subjecting them to
monthly polygraph tests.
Benghazi Battle elements that are under investigation:
On September 11, 2012, the anniversary of the September
11, 2001, the US Consulate and the CIA annex in Benghazi,
Libya was targeted in a premeditated, preplanned attack
launched without warning by Islamist militants.
Footage of the attack broadcast in real time showed armed
men attacking the consulate with rocket-propelled grenades,
hand grenades, assault rifles, 14.5 mm anti-aircraft
machine guns, truck mounted artillery, diesel canisters, and
mortars. It was not an act of savage mob violence, nor a
spontaneous protest in response to an anti-Islamic video
on YouTube.
In that attack, four American citizens were killed: US Ambassador
J. Christopher Stevens; Information Officer Sean Smith;
and two embassy security personnel, Glen Doherty and Tyrone
Woods, both former Navy SEALs. Ambassador Stevens is the
first U.S. ambassador killed in an attack since Adolph Dubs
was killed in 1979.

ARTICLE 2
He has disclosed secret grand jury material by exposing
the existence of a sealed indictment of one of the Benghazi
attackers in violation of Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of
Criminal Procedure that clearly states: “… no person may
disclose the indictment’s existence except as necessary to
issue or execute a warrant or summons.’’

ARTICLE 3
He has authorized and permitted the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, a division of the Justice Department, to conduct Operation Fast and Furious, wherein guns were sold to Mexican drug trafficking organizations that were used to kill innocent Mexican civilians and two rifles sold to a smuggler in January 2010 ended up at the scene of the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in December 2010.

ARTICLE 4
He has authorized and permitted confidential income tax
returns information from the Internal Revenue Service to
be provided to unauthorized individuals, organizations and
agencies.

ARTICLE 5
He has caused investigations and audits to be initiated or conducted by the Internal Revenue Service in a discriminatory manner, including harassment and intimidation of conservative, evangelical and Tea Party groups applying for non-profit status between 2010 and 2012.
Elements of this illegal conduct include the facts that:
(1) the
head of the Internal Revenue Service tax-exempt organization
division, Lois Lerner, admitted during a telephonic press event
that illegal targeting occurred, then invoked her Fifth Amendment
right and refused to answer questions before Congress
about the targeting out of fear of self-incrimination; (2) two other career Internal Revenue Service employees stated that they acted at the behest of superiors in Washington — Carter Hull, a retired Internal Revenue Service Attorney and Elizabeth Hofacre, an employee of the Cincinnati IRS office which oversaw tax-exempt applications; and (3) Carter Hull stated that he was directed to forward the targeted applications to, among others, one of only two political appointees in the Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel William Wilkins.

ARTICLE 6
He has (1) authorized and permitted the National Security
Agency to conduct or continue electronic surveillance of
over 300 million average Americans; (2) given access to National Security Agency surveillance data to other intelligence units within the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Secret Service, the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security in violation of the law; and (3) conducted the surveillance of average Americans unconstrained by Congress, the United States Supreme Court or the US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court which has, to this date, functioned as a rubber stamp, having approved every request made of it in 2012 and rejecting only two of the 8,591 requests submitted between 2008 and 2012.

ARTICLE 7
He has authorized and permitted the Department of Justice
to wiretap and secretly obtain two months of telephone
and e-mail records of Fox News Reporter James Rosen and
over one hundred Associated Press journalists.

ARTICLE 8
He has thwarted Congress by (1) failing to enforce all or parts of laws duly enacted by Congress, including the Defense of Marriage Act, the No Child Left Behind Act, and the Affordable Care Act; and (2) after Congress refused to pass his Dream Act, unilaterally issuing an executive order directing immigration officers to no longer deport an entire class of illegal immigrants who came here as children, regardless of individual circumstances, and to give them work-authorization permits.

ARTICLE 9
He has violated the Constitution when, on January 4, 2012,
(1) he bypassed the U. S. Senate to appoint three members
of the National Labor Relations Board, actions that
were ruled unconstitutional by the United States Court of
Appeals for the Fourth Circuit which affirmed previous decisions by the Court of Appeal for the D.C. Circuit and the Third Circuit; and (2) he bypassed the U. S. Senate to appoint Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

ARTICLE 10
He has intimidated whistleblowers and brought twice as
many prosecutions against whistleblowers as all prior presidents combined. Egregiously, while refusing to prosecute anyone for actual torture, he prosecuted former Central Intelligence Agency employee John Kiriakou for disclosing the torture program.
Wherefore Barack H. Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, by such
conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from
office.

The Articles of Impeachment have been sent to President
Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Senate Minority
Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Boehner, House Minority Leader Pelosi and the full Judiciary Committee of the US House of Representatives for action.

Frances Rice joined the Army in 1964 as a Private and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of
active service. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Drury College in 1973, a Master of Business
Administration from Golden Gate University in 1976, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California,
Hastings College of Law in 1977—all while serving in the US Army.

During twenty years of active duty in the US Army, Frances served in a variety of positions, including
commander of a WAC company, adjutant of a basic combat training brigade, a prosecuting attorney, and chief of
the administrative law division. She also served as a special assistant to the Army Judge Advocate General and
an adviser to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Equal Opportunity.

Subsequent to her military career, Frances worked for the McDonnell Douglas Corporation, serving first as a
member of that company’s “think tank,” and then as a government contract advisor. She later taught Business
Law for the European Division of the University of Maryland in Brussels, Belgium.
Frances became politically active in 1982 and served as a member of President Ronald Reagan’s Private Sector Initiatives Task Force. She worked as a volunteer in the campaigns of Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush, as well as Governors Jeb Bush, Charlie Crist and Rick Scott.
Frances is active in the Executive Committee of the Republican Party of Sarasota County. In 2005, she became
a co-founder and Chairman of the National Black Republican Association, an organization that is committed to
returning African Americans to their Republican Party roots. Recently she was honored as the Volunteer of the Year
by the Republican Party of Sarasota County. Governor Rick Scott appointed Frances to the Government Efficiency
Task Force in July 2011 for the task force’s one-year duration.

Among the awards she received during her military career is the Legion of Merit, the second highest honor that
can be bestowed upon a non-combatant. In 1987, she was accorded the distinction of being one of America’s top
100 Black Business and Professional Women by the editorial board of Dollars and Sense magazine.
