The State Department is hitting back at what it calls false accusations that Russian President Vladimir Putin made about Secretary of State John Kerry.
Jen Psaki is a department spokeswoman. She says Kerry is a decorated combat veteran of the Vietnam war and has had more than words aimed at him.
Psaki says Kerry is not losing sleep because of Putin's quote preposterous comment that was based on an inaccurate rendering of what Kerry said.

I never knew that! What happened, did the rice cooker in the Vietnamese cat house he was frequenting blow up?
He got a Purple Heart because he threw a hand grenade in some rice and one piece of rice went through his shirt while running away. He shot a grenade launcher at something too close and got another Purple Heart. He is an expert at a phony setup.
I met a Seal that had 9 Purple Hearts. He never mentioned one.

My Dad, WWII, Timberwolf, Battle of the Bulge , had 3: European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign, Bronze Star, WWII Victory.
And that is after a lot of HELL (unspeakable, he never talked of it).
kerry must have Christmas Present Wrapping ribbons.
Even if that was true, WTH(eco) would that have to do with this?
