The poor little Trayvons were minding their own business when the crazy ass cracka sold crack to them and cheated them. If they had an LA jury they would have a chance of acquittal.

And mothers of little babies in strollers blow their own kids brains out in public places too? For the insurance money...........

Amish sure do like to shape the debate to suit themselves don't they? As does our dear leader.

Yeah, the World War II generation are widely known for their addiction to crack. [snort]

The 90 year old’s I buy my crack from always deal a little on the heavy side of the gram. The parkinsons gives them a shaky hand.

Since most of the country fell for the whooper about St. Skittles - can’t blame them for trying (as ridiculous as it is).

Because all 88 year old Veterans parked at Eagles Lodges waiting to escort little old ladies are crack cocaine smokers.

Sure.

I was actually expecting the “N-word” gambit. Would have been a better play, harder to disprove.

They had to defend themselves

From the article:

"16-year-old boy who is charged with killing a World War II veteran and contends the man was beaten to death because he shorted the teen and another boy on a sale of crack cocaine"

In another interrogation room at police headquarters, the other defendant claimed that it was the BAN OBAMACARE bumper sticker? /sarc

For the attorneys out there: Even granting this ridiculous premise, isn’t an “accidental” death in the commission of another felony still treated as murder by the courts?

Their lawyer claims no forensic evidence but their crack letter kills that defense.

Dummies.

Bwhahaha. All the “crack” story did was provide the police with evidence that these really were dudes who beat the guy. All the police had before was video putting them in the lot. Keep on talkin.

It's a "You know you're a loser when", moment here.

You think mentioning you got ripped off during a drug sale will actually turn things in your favor.

So you're not just a punk thug who beat a war hero to death.
You're an admitted drug user.
You're an admitted killer, trying to justify doing it based on being cheated in a drug deal.

What part of this increases loser to not a loser, or even not guilty?  And since when is the death penalty included in short changing during a drug deal?

Sounds like another graduate from Community Organizer College.  If this kid had a dad, he could look like _resident Obama.

Everyone on the street knows that using old white man street dealers is SOP for savvy crack cocaine distributors.

The cops never suspect the old white guys because cops are stone racists.

Don’t let that harmless front fool you!
