Notice how the MSM news brushed over the order by the FISA Court to the NSA to destroy 3,000 files which the NSA did not do. The thousands of “inadvertently” accessed communications were for the most part not inadvertent. This is a typical end run around the rules by blaming it on error. This is a serious business so if this was on the up and up there would be thousands of firing or demotions .... which there were obviously none .... it was a ruse.

The Washington Post´s article detailing the fourth amendment abuses by the NSA got some push back from the administration who attempted to "edit" the article before publication. What I can't figure out is why a Democrat party propaganda organ like the Washington post would diss its White House masters for the first time? It's weird. I'm sure they're scratching their heads at the White House, too, even as they plot revenge.

“Whats more, we keep our overseers informed through both immediate reporting and periodic reporting.”
This is like having a fox watching the foxes in the hen house.
Does anyone realize that there are 1700 Federal Judges and 3600 total Federal Judges and Magistrates. Put them on call, give them a bleeping Obama phone.
There is no reason for Anyone,,, to watch or listen to,,, Anything,,, without a warrant.
Moreover, this spying is also on federal officials, Judges and representatives which gives us better understanding of Judge Roberts position on Obama care.
Chicago Politics at its best.

This is my theory -
Even though some (at WaPo) are leftwing, they can not stand the cozy (and absolutely unhealthy) relationship between their colleagues (including journalists from other outlets) and Obama admin.
Now that Obama is helplessly floundering even more so than his previous 5 years, let loose the ‘Obama tried to interfere’ is but a small taste of their disgruntling.
MORE, PLEASE!

Whats more, we keep our overseers informed through both immediate reporting and periodic reporting. Our internal privacy compliance program has more than 300 personnel assigned to it: a fourfold increase since 2009. I feel all better now. Why, this is even better than that pesky old 4th amendment. That doesn't even mention "overseers". Who doesn't like overseers?
