Then SCOTUS needs to do its job and provide us with a definitive ruling. Currently, I oppose Cruz' candidacy for the same reason I oppose the "Obama" pResidency: Father was a non-naturalized foreigner at the time of Ted's birth, and in fact didn't naturalize until 2005.

I'll be happy to vote for Cruz when SCOTUS defines him as a Natural Born Citizen. Until then. . .
