Then SCOTUS needs to do its job and provide us with a definitive ruling. Currently, I oppose Cruz' candidacy for the same reason I oppose the "Obama" pResidency: Father was a non-naturalized
foreigner at the time of Ted's birth, and in fact didn't naturalize until 2005.
I'll be happy to vote for Cruz when SCOTUS defines him as a Natural Born Citizen. Until then. . .

Yes, but the article says his mother was a US citizen at the time of birth, which is the same clause that the Obama people hang on.

Obama was born in Hawaii. Cruz in Canada.
Cruz is less eligible for president than Obama.
