The proposed federal rule, called "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing," is currently under a 60-day public comment period. Though details of how the policy would specifically work are unclear, the rule says HUD would provide states, local governments and others who receive agency money with data and a geospatial tool to look at "patterns of integration and segregation; racially and ethnically concentrated areas of poverty; access to education, employment, low-poverty, transportation, and environmental health."
States would then assess the best way to integrate communities deemed by HUD's data to not be integrated enough. A HUD official, who did not want to speak on record because of the public comment period, said the rule hopes to better match up HUD-assisted housing with the communities that have good hospitals, schools and other assets.

It’s the second time the President of the United States has interjected himself into a confrontation between those in authority on legal grounds reasonably questioned and released someone involved in a curious activity in a patrolled area. Could this attitude be based from the idealized communist concept that there is no such thing as “private” property because the state (collective) owns the land ? .
In both cases those representing “authority” were reported as “white” . In the second case the person was doing his job working security on posted private property. He was attacked while on foot after discontinuing an observation and was returing to his vehicle following instructions by the police to do so.Thus allowing the person he was legally observing, and could have questioned, to continue on their way unchallanged and unimpeded. But instead doubled back and attacked the “neighborhood watch” security guard as he was returing to his vehicle. Beating him severly on the ground. In which the attacker was subsequently killed in a struggle over the Neighborhood Watchman’s legal pistol.
But that really doesn’t explain reverting to this excessive use of governmental powers and influence taking a person of mixed races doing his job and placing his life and family in serious harms way plus encouraging racial discord which has resulted into racial attacks leading to deaths and serious injuries by black youths on whites and “hispanics” .
Now why would they (Demo-Coms) do this ? First it was an outright racist charge , now it’s “standing ground”. Neither which actually applied here.
They don’t want a thorough investigation of any of these issues, Begahzi, IRS, etc etc and Travelgate II where a direct link to the White House can be made offering traveling rewards at US taxpayers expence for campaign help. It has been effective. Both the House and the Senate has gotten the message for if they find malfeasance and start condeming these activities of this president and they get too close racial strife will result.

Meanwhile the so called opposition party has decided that the most pressing issue is “amnesty”. They must work together with the socialists they call democrats to solve it . Because they don’t dare do a serious investigation into those impeachable things like; Begahzi,IRS,chronyism, uncontitutional appointments,corruption, travelgate II rewards, because it might start a race war as if it isn’t being manufactured right before our eyes now.

I hope they move a lot of the public housing into posh areas like Malibu, Marin Country, or some of the eastern lily-white liberal enclaves. Great links! The settlement in Westchester County arose from a False Claims Act lawsuit filed by some fair housing advocacy group (from NYC irrc) a few years ago.
For years the County had accepted HUD Community Development Block Grant funds. As part of receiving these funds each year, the County had to certify to HUD that it would affirmatively further fair housing. The lawsuit argued the county was actually not affirmatively furthering fair housing because the housing the County built using HUD grant funds was in areas of minority racial concentration. In other words, the County had made a false claim to receive the funds, and should be required to repay the tens of millions of dollars in grant funds (along with a generous reward for the agency bringing for the claim - a little incentive package included within the False Claims Act).
The huge settlement in this case put some other local jurisdictions in a bit of a panic over concerns they were vulnerable to similar False Claims Act lawsuits.
HUD promised its grantees further guidance on meeting their obligation to affirmatively further fair housing as a condition of receiving grant funds. The result being this new rule proposed by the Secretary that is gaining a lot of attention. The flow of Community Development Block Grant and other so-called entitlement grant funds into metro areas all across the US gives HUD a lot of leverage to pressure grantees to modify their zoning ordinances and other policies/regulations that have a disparate impact upon the ability of “Democrats” to move into white neighborhoods.

More importantly it is election engineering and financial shenanigans; they need middle class taxpayers to subsidize urban blacks, and it doesn’t work as well when they flee the municipalities/counties/states with the highest number of them with palms outstretched. If Idaho tax revenues can’t be sent to subsidize Oakland’s diabetes epidemic, then a portion of Oakland will be sent to Idaho.
Of course, what they really want is to put more leeches in neighborhoods that haven't been polluted enough yet...
