Whoa! It is a long drive.

Good morning CMS ((HUGS))

In Newport News? Hope you found a nice place. Now, hopefully, you’ll have time to see all the nice places on the east coast.

Good morning Ma ((HUGS))
Not long now, the weekend is almost here.
Now that the furloughs are ending,
I think I might stay on my current schedule
(4 - 9 hours days/4 hours leave a week)
so I can have Fridays off for a couple more months.

Well, yesterday around the noon hour we had two momentary losses power for a couple of seconds here at the Calame house. Also, early this morning we lost power for a few seconds during a storm passing through the area.

There was some wind and rain with the storm but the thunder and lightning was rather loud.

More storms are in the forecast for later today. There is a slight risk of severe t-storms for much of Oklahoma today.

Yep...I know it's hot (maybe 100 today)
but this Night Owl still loves a tea party!
(or coffee if you wish! :) )
We have rain in the forecast...
...keep your fingers crossed that we get it!
It passed us by these last 2 days. *sigh*
Oh, well...it IS the desert...right?
All y'all have a Thrilling Thursday!!
(maybe not TOO thrilling! LOL)
(((hugs)))
