Mark O'Mara, lead defense attorney for George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin shooting case is speaking freely about Martin's criminal background now that his client has been acquitted.
Appearing on CNN's Headline News channel Monday morning, O'Mara was asked if Zimmerman has regrets over targeting a boy walking home without any ill intent.
O'Mara mentioned that Martin was under the influence of marijuana and that he was spotted near a home that had recently been burglarized.
O'Mara went on to say that Martin had recently been "caught with the fruits of a burglary." A reference to the watch, jewelry and burglary tool found in Martin's backpack by school authorities several months before.
With that comment, O'Mara is serving notice to those who will pursue Zimmerman in civil court that the barriers to evidence in the criminal case of Martin's recent troubled history before his death will not pertain in civil court.

It preposterous to suggest that this innocent angel in diapers could be a burglar when he died with only 40 dollar and 15 cents in his pockets.

The items were from a home half mile from TMs school in Miami.
That “innocent child” is now going to be disproven in the court of public opinion...if that’s what these race hustlers want let the public humiliation begin of St. Skittles.
I never heard. the contents should be listed in a police report somewhere.
They want dialogue now — okay — let’s dialogue about the Trayvon Martin who we didn’t see in trial in all his thuggish glory.

I figure, since TM had only been in Zimmerman’s area for a few days, he had not quite had the time to start burglarizing homes - YET.

Hey Progressives, you are about to get drug out of your Trayvon bubble and you are NOT going to like it.
The video in the convenience store was a classic...him towering over the clerk at the cashier and he fumbling around in his pockets to scrounge up enough kash to pay for the skittles.

Martin was a criminal or a hot head and got shot as a result.
And why wasn’t this admitted as evidence in the trial?
He was a thug wanna be. He was about to become a”real gangsta” as soon as he got the .380 handgun he was chatting with “Fruit “ about.

At the least he was in receipt of stolen goods. There’s an interesting story about how the school district should have had the cops intervene in a budding criminal career and didn’t. Rather than being punished, Trayvon skated and went on to not so bigger and better things in Sanford, Florida.
I htought I paid attention to most of this saga but I missed that part. Care to fill me in? Who, what, where and time. Not being sarcastic, I just have not heard about that.
