I didn't see a thread to follow and discuss the pending verdict. I have been praying fervently for George, his family and this jury. I pray he is exonerated completely as this wholely affects ALL of us. This case is about our ability to protect ourselves and it is in jeopardy.
I think it would be great if they came back and echo’d O’Mara’s “wish” that there was a space to mark Zimmerman “innocent,” and then render the not guilty verdict.
I hope that these women feel as I do.
I could be pushed into a not-guilty vote by a majority on a jury.
But I could NEVER be pushed into a guilty vote in the same situation.
It’s one thing to set someone you think did a crime free. It’s entirely another to put someone in jail.

Ladies & Gentlemen....there is a seventh member of the jury, the biased Judge, the tool of Obama and Holder!!! She has officially charged the jury to render a manslaughter verdict. What a farce and failed justice system. Now... OJ Simpson beat his rap when he was dead guilty....but.....the Lord has seen that his remaining life on earth was miserable. Trayvon Martin now answers to the Lord. But....the Lord in his own fairness, wisdom and justice will pass judgement and action on Obama, Holder and the failed Judge that biased the trial!!!

Growth is FAST out here. I’d bet he could get any position he applies for (including LEO, provided he is NG). I suggest that if he can wield a kitchen knife, he can be employed by restaurants throughout the Basin with an excellent chance of advancement.
Politics out here may not suit him but, truthfully, anyone can get any job at any time right now.

Question of the morning:
When will CNN put up their famous ‘clock’ to time the length of deliberations?
They gave a preview again this AM on who the jurors are and I was heartened. They all SEEM stable with more of a propensity to do the right thing. All married, 2 to engineers, one to a contractor and another a lawyer.
Hopefully thats the signal related to wanting the facts ( engineer, contractor, right type of lawyer) as demonstrated by asking for evidence list.
Additionally that this ties in with OMara’s emphasis on non emotion based decision.
Women married to engineers, self-employed businessmen like contractors, and lawyers don’t have the luxury of being able to fall back on emotions in decision-making. Betcha those women have had to use the scientific method and logical proofs in more than one domestic disagreement.
OTOH, a civil suit by the Martin family is probably a given. However, I doubt Mr. Zimmerman has much in the way of assets remaining. The Martin family has already collected from the deep pocket - the insurance company.

...and, IIRC, was appointed by Jeb Bush. It just keeps getting better.
Don’t forget O’Mara and West went through the jury pool and CHOSE these women. There must have been a reason.

With all due respect, all the thugs can go straight to hell. Zimmerman was born in Virginia. He is an American. Americans don't turn tail and run. Let the thugs move to another country. ( Oh wait, they already tried that once...Liberia...epic fail). If Zimmerman is found innocent and leaves the country we may as well all leave. The thugs will still have won.

It is early. We got the jobs in “the bad area” first thing on a Monday.

I thought I had read that if Z is aquitted due to self defense that he was immune from a civil suit. Also, I thought that because Z is not a peace officer that he could not be prosecuted for violating civil rights. Not that Obozo and Holder wouldn’t try to trump up some BS charge. Does anyone know definitely if this true?
But it will be in God’s time, not ours.
