I didn't see a thread to follow and discuss the pending verdict. I have been praying fervently for George, his family and this jury. I pray he is exonerated completely as this wholely affects ALL of us. This case is about our ability to protect ourselves and it is in jeopardy.

Jury has gone back to deliberations, so there will be nothing to watch, except the endless, inane commentaries on the 24-hour news channels, until the come out with a decision.
That could be minutes, hours, days.
I would think he would go to Peru AND
his family would ALL convert all their remaining assets to a form where they cannot be seized by Holder and his peeps in another show trial or civil suit

Hi gw...I know everyone has their thoughts on what’s going on but I think they are either close or essentially at a decision and 1 juror needed time to think on things.
They gave a preview again this AM on who the jurors are and I was heartened. They all SEEM stable with more of a propensity to do the right thing. All married, 2 to engineers, one to a contractor and another a lawyer.

Bottom line even he thinks if the law is followed GZ should be acquitted.

Looking at the demographics of the jurors (hadnt seen that before) he’s doomed. All they have to do is remind them that Zimmerman “killed” Saint Skittles and that a mom lost her son that day and its over. Facts, logic, and reason don’t hold the same weight as emotion with most women.

There is some confusion as to whether they can. If he had used Stand Your Ground they couldn’t have sued.

I’m 15 minutes south of Sanford. Not worried about anything as 1) the thugs are essentially cowards 2) the media is ginning this up and 3) we’re heavily armed :)
The local station panned the lot today and there was not one protestor. Probably don’t get paid to protest on Saturdays.
