Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

The permanently outraged crowd now has a major problem when GZ is acquitted. Gonna be hard to burn cities and get crowds motivated when the weather for almost the entire South, Eastern Seaboard, and a good chunk of the Northeast calls for heavy rain for the next two days. Some may try something but their masses aren’t that dedicated. BTW, checking out weather reports is one of the few things the jury can do.

I am not sure that the Feds can pursue a civil rights violation against Mr. Zimmerman since he is not a “state actor” - that is a government official.

No the ruling was they could not see it in jury room. It was not allowed as evidence. Otoh. It cannot be cross examed

The defense tried to diffuse the impact of prosecutors yelling and yelling #Zimmermanon9 ‘s profanities saying they were pandering.
