This whole thing upsets me. You really had to search high and wide to find out the truth on this case. Had the interview of Z been released earlier...photos of him bandaged etc. There would be no case.
The defense should stop this charade now. Ask for the judge to drop the case, or send it to jury. Don’t bring in any witnesses unless it’s to map out for the jury what happened.
If the Anthony lady, OJ and others go free, this this man should too.

BDLR is being desperately aggressive. He won the first few minutes by having Serino’s opinion of Zimmerman’s truthfulness thrown out, and now he’s trying to go for blood. But he’s just flailing.
My memory might be faulty but I seem to recall reading or hearing in the past about cases where the Judge was removed in mid trial and replace by a superior court judge because of blatant favoritism or prejudice to one side or the other.
Am I remembering correctly, has this happened in the past?

I have been watching the trial this morning and I can’t believe the bias coming from the reporters when they go to break! Even on Fox, they are clinging to any little detail that they can twist to make Zimmerman look guilty as hell. Like he cold heartedly followed and murdered Trayvon. And they are continuously showing that picture of the 14 year old angel Trayvon. It is sickening! Makes me worry that all this is going to end very bad for Zimmerman and our sense of fairplay and justice in this country.

As a minister of the gospel, a preacher, and a pastor; I believe in the SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD, which is a theological, biblical doctrine that espouses God as being in control of ALL THINGS. God determines the date of our conception, the date of our birth, and the date of our death. God knew and was aware of everything that happened before it happened, and God permitted it to happen via His Sovereign Power.
