Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark OMara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witnessremember, the States witnessthat all but completely guts the States charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. The sense given is that Zimmerman demonstrated endless patience. (continue reading summary)

Ducky would eat her sack lunch
We must have great minds - or we both enjoy renegade thinking.
I know, right?! I’m kinda glad to see her get all snippy, doesn’t bode well imho.
He is more aggressive because this witness serves no purpose for him.
As opposed to say...Serino or the lady cop.
He has to maul her..and he is.
Btw, West is taking a back seat right now on Cross.
MOM is better.
Look at West smiling
Wonder if this one reads cursive.
I used a 1/16 piece of flat stock. Slid it back and forth tapping against the window lock. It opened. When I went back inside to lock it back up, I noticed that the screws had been knocked loose too. Ever look at how tiny the screws are with those window locks? If I ever get caught up on this thread, I’m heading to the hardware store.
Angela Corey personally hired her just for this case, and kept her on because of 'problems' in the office at her PREVIOUS EMPLOYER.
She has been told what to testify. One blow. All the injuries came from one blow.
She doesn't speak English well, nor understand common logic , nor good at 'physics' (the science of physical movement) but she's an expert at how many blows it takes to cause Zimmmerman's injuries and the physics of how it was one blow that caused everything.
She was being fired from her other job for ignorance, and was hired by Angela Corey for the same reason.
You can dish it out to Don West but you can’t take it.
All I had to hear is she was appointed by Angela Corey...
This woman is a tool
Like “dhere” and “dhere”
That’s what I was thinking too....they are basically admitting TM at least hit him ONCE lol....in trying to prove he wasn’t wounded enough, they proving they believe he was the one who threw the first punch.
If I were MOM (and judging by my bank account, I’m NOT), but if I were, I would simply ask the woman how many punches would have caused Trayvon to be able to maintain a smooth as a baby’s butt complexion, because, duh, GZ attacked him, rrriiiiiggghhhtttt??
Maybe we are both a bit michievous by nature, as well...eh?
Well... three solid impacts. The other 33 were glancing blows.
The severity or number of Zimmerman’s injuries aren’t a big deal. Once Trayvon started his assault, Zimmerman couldn’t know how severe it would get. And in a helpless position, he could reasonably believe that he could possibly be beaten to death.
I suspect there is cultural bias in favor of centralized authority. I notice a lot of that from immigrants from the region of the world that she apparently comes from.
I am somewhat surprised that the prosecution did not provide her with the evidence numbers for the photos that she is using. It makes her seem like a not a team player. It sounds as if she is relatively easily annoyed by challenges to her opinion. Hopefully West has someone else lined up to give a conflicting opinion.
And her other employer didn't want her back due to 'problems'.
I have nearly knocked myself out on concrete when falling backwards with NO tear of skin.
Ten minutes later in class I started getting dizzy and dissoriented. They sent me to the nurse. I laid down for about an hour and fortunately I was fine. There were no lacerations whatsoever.
This story does explain a lot about my posting style, however...
She probably does, but ....much like her “creative observations”....
only in “creative reading” mode...lol.
This is a friggin joke. I think I’d rather have another knock-knock one.
