The U.S. Supreme Court finished its term with big decisions on voting rights, affirmative action and same-sex marriage. Following those rulings, public approval of the court has fallen to the lowest level ever recorded in more than nine years of polling.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 28% believe the Supreme Court is doing a good or an excellent job. At the same time, 30% rate its performance as poor. That’s the highest-ever poor rating. It’s also the first time ever that the poor ratings have topped the positive assessments. Thirty-nine percent (39%) give the court middling reviews and rate its performance as fair.

One black-robed despot can ruin the country with his fifth vote to take more freedom from the citizens. It’s good to see those citizens are at least waking up to the war on liberty waged by the Leftists on the SCOTUS.

The SC has become nothing more than a tool of the adminstration.
Maybe more and more people are starting to realize that besides the "news" media and King Zero, SCOTUS is one of the biggest threats to the Constitution we have ever had to face. Their usurpation of powers far beyond those delegated to them by the Constitution is breathtaking.

The “Supreme” Court of the United States is an absolute joke...but I’m not laughing. Read Mark Levin’s Men In Black.
These “justices” make up the law out of whole cloth. They don’t even follow their own $!*^& precedents.
The SCOTUS has now become as corrupt as the other two branches of govt. The only thing left is for the individual states to start going their own ways and ignore these horrendous rulings and the unconstitutional legislation being passed in the House and Senate.

Richard John Neuhaus had a great essay entitled the End of Democracy about 15-20 years ago in which he discussed whether we were at the point “where conscientious citizens can no longer give moral assent to the existing regime.”
He was downright prescient. Of course RINOs like Kristol et al at the time jumped all over him at the time.
