US whistleblower Edward Snowden is en route to Moscow from Hong Kong on an Aeroflot flight, reports AFP. Washington has filed an extradition order to the Hong Kong authorities on charges of espionage, theft and conversion of government property.
DETAILS TO FOLLOW.
Excellent post!
Did you see FOX last night? Whistleblower on “Hore-Aldo” said there were many that 0 was charging with espionage. All were people who were exposing his corruption
If anyone can find a transcript it needs own thread with lots of publicity !!
May make some of those freeper yelling traitor to thing twice
I ditto that, for sure!!
Ah Yes, to dine in NPR ~~~ possibly to plan, too ........................................................................ FRegards
Actually Snowden hasn’t technically been in Russia. He’s been in a hotel at the airport which is considered to NOT be Russian soil. They are being very careful with him. Now if he spent a day in the office with Putin that would be different.
To me he’s neither a hero nor a traitor. I don’t much like him from watching the interview and reading his online Q&A last week. He broke the law -several in fact and should be held accountable. But I for one would rather know than not know what we’ve learned from his revelations.
Huh? Other whistleblowers? Like who?
I've been recuperating from a hospital stay (pneumonia) and it's been taking a while.
Stay stuned.....

I’m on my fone and can’t help fast enough but the transcript should be in here somewhere
http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/geraldo/index.html
You dont seem to recognize who the enemies really are.
The point was made that more were charged with espionage than all presidents combined. All were whistleblowers trying to get what was going on out. See if you can find a transcript .
Am also on phone. See link above and post transcript when you find it
This is not the Fox transcript, but I also read about this today in another article. Of course, lost that one, but found this one with details of who the other seven charged under Obama were and why:
“Unfortunately there is no easy way to dismiss your argument. “Snowden is Obamas tool.” Could very easily be true.”
You’re overthinking this. It ain’t a James Bond episode, .... yet, lol.
“If you think the US military is the enemy “
Are you terminally stupid or are you just a troll?
WHO ever said anything about the military?
“If I put my self in his shoes, regardless of whether I were a “hero” or a “traitor”, knowing the capabilities of those chasing me globally, I would certainly have such an elaborate, complext plan to confound them and keep my heart beating, or being overpowered and thrown into a van and immediately “hooded”.”
That is why Snowden has hooked up with Wikileaks, and Wikileaks, knowing what could happen to Snowden, has surrounded him with diplomats and representatives from Wikileaks to prevent any shennanigans on the part of the Chinese gov’t while in Hong Kong, and by the Russians on the layover in Moscow. These people are with Snowden to surround him with dimplomatic protection, eyes that will watch over him at each of the stops on his way to whatever country he ends up in. Very smart of Mr. Snowden; he’s doing exceedingly well outfoxing the various foxes (in particular Obama), wouldn’t you say, for a high school dropout (sarcasm). I’m enjoying the flight of the Snowden today immensely, and look forward to him reaching safety far away from Obama’s clutches.
“Huh? Other whistleblowers? Like who?”
They were spoken about on Geraldo’s show and the whistleblowers themselves have been being interviewed on such shows as Cavuto, Hannity, Eric Bolling’s Cashin In, Lou Dobbs, and others. You haven’t been paying attention.
Ok- I thought there were new ones. I have unfortunately been paying attention. I’d sleep better if I didn’t!
The ones kept in the dark have been the average liberal and moderate “low information” citizens. If Snowden’s actions help to awaken this demographic and they take an interest there is a very small chance that something will be done. This is also a bit of a litmus test for our politicians. The ones who roll over and do nothing will be exposed for the cowards that they are.
Putin plays chess. Obama plays the skin flute.
Snowden has helped highlight the way that our government has devolved into an oppressive all powerful monster that is watching over all aspects of our lives. It does not take much imagination to envision how instead of ensuring our freedom all this technical advancement threatens to enslave of us all. I think that it has been a wake up call to many young people especially.
As far as damaging our national security... The NSA has been exposed as a multi-billion dollar government boondoggle that is collecting so much data that they are making it easier for terrorists to slip through the cracks. If the Israelis have taught us anything it is that there is no substitute for true intelligence when collecting intelligence... that means that if you are a middle aged tourist visiting Israel you don't get hassled at all. If you are a youthful Muslim loving community organizer you better bring some good ointment to ease the pain you are going to be experiencing after the cavity search.
>>If it dawns on him to begin sacrificing infants to pagan slaughter on a hilltop in Katmandu,
Nice non sequitur. So I take it you are OK with the NSA spying on Americans?
I don’t see the US government as having much legitimacy these days, thus the need for a Checka...I mean, FISA...
