Obama administration allies are ratcheting up their push to sell ObamaCare, with one making a seven-figure ad buy to promote the "benefits" of the overhaul while another prepares to hold dozens of events across the country. The sales job, it turns out, may be needed more than ever.
With an October deadline fast approaching for the launch of the "exchanges" -- the newly created government-regulated insurance marketplace -- the law is running into logistical and political hurdles despite surviving last year's Supreme Court ruling.
Public opinion is just one barometer for the potential trouble ahead.
A new Fox News poll finds that voters oppose the law by a split of 55-40 percent, marking a 6-point increase in opposition from this time last year.
And a Kaiser foundation poll finds that only 19 percent of Americans think they will be better off under the new health care law.
On top of that comes a Government Accountability Office report which says implementation is behind schedule and raises doubts about whether the law can be implemented on time.

I can’t wait till one of these Obamacare promoters shows up at my front door to discuss the finer points of the program.
The socialists need young, healthy people who will lose money on ObamaCare to buy ObamaCare, or the program will fail. These people, mostly ObamaVoters, are not rushing out to buy insurance that is expected to cost them far more than it is worth. That’s unexpected.

There are some people that can never be taught the truth. I accept that. I also believe those voting for obama and democRATs number about the same. Can't trust the TV people telling one what to think, in my opinion.
All they need to do is treat them like everyone else. YOU BUY INSURANCE, OR PAY FINE, and IRS will withhold your taxes.
Labor unions and community organizers with various liberal missions have rec’d millions in grants to promote the healthcare along with registering people to vote (Democrat).
Now the exchanges say they need more funding.
Massive Civil Disobediance. A few DC democrats and RINOs cannot control millions. They need to be reminded who works for who.
The “problem” is that the fines are too small to force compliance. No sensible, young, single person will buy ObamaCare. Why would they when they can wait until they are sick to get insurance, with only a trivial tax penalty?
When can we expect Congress to pass legislation to repeal this garbage??

Today's pre-ObamaKKKare approach is far simpler and cheaper ~ the insurer just cuts you off until you pay, or you both end up in a STATE COURT disputing the facts surrounding the payment.
The potential number of annual conflicts which will require the ministrations of a US district court FAR EXCEED the capacity of those courts to handle.
ObamaKKKare holds out the promise of bankrupting people while they try to deal with irate and corrupt IRS Agents, which will put them into two federal court systems ~ and at the same time ALL the other cases normally processed by those courts will take years to show up on the docket.
It's either good, or bad, that the federal court system is being derailed to worry about bedpans. The large coporate interests who demanded this nonsense will, of course, be the first to be destroyed due to the absence of available courts.
Hopefully, it will die of its own weight without formal repeal.
The House has already passed repeal this year. Senate repeal is unlikely until the Senate is in GOP hands which couldn't happen until 2015 at the earliest. Even then, assuming Zero vetoes repeal, it would take two-thirds of each house to override. So barring some fallout which would make Obamacare unpalatable to significant number of Democrats, formal repeal is unlikely until 2017 at the earliest.
In the meantime, there are still some opportunities for litigation and court rulings which could destroy it or at least significant parts of it.

the fact is that every day it is being more and more entrenched and without a full court press to get it off the books it will be with us forever. We need more action from Congress and the people to rid ourselves of this monster.
