Nancy P. was right. It passed and now we’re finding out what’s in it.

No hurdle when you read this story. The IRS will be in charge.

The IRS sent more than $46 million in tax refunds to 23,994 “unauthorized” alien workers who all listed the same address in Atlanta, Ga.
read page 19 of this IG report. http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/auditreports/2012reports/201242081fr.pdf

The socialists need young, healthy people who will lose money on ObamaCare to buy ObamaCare, or the program will fail. These people, mostly ObamaVoters, are not rushing out to buy insurance that is expected to cost them far more than it is worth. That’s unexpected.

a Kaiser foundation poll finds that only 19 percent of Americans think they will be better off under the new health care law

There are some people that can never be taught the truth. I accept that. I also believe those voting for obama and democRATs number about the same. Can't trust the TV people telling one what to think, in my opinion.

Massive Civil Disobediance. A few DC democrats and RINOs cannot control millions. They need to be reminded who works for who.

Heard Sen. Mike Lee of Utah on a radio broadcast today. He has new e-book out about Justice Roberts' quick about-face and his shocking Obamacare ruling, which, Lee said, was legislating from the bench - changing the word "penalty" in the statute to "tax" - in order to constitutionalize the otherwise unconstitutional individual mandate. Lee didn't bring up the speculation here that Roberts was blackmailed to change his position shortly before the case was decided.

Lee said that all that was needed to effectively get rid of Obamacare was the passage of an amendment which specified that the term 'penalty" in the legislation was not to be construed as "tax."

This will be a lot of work for the miscreants at the IRS. The agents have been required to target the administration’s political enemies and now they must spend time determining who must buy insurance, what type of insurance is qualified, who will pay the tax/penalty, and whether or not they should expend resources enforcing the rules on a cases by case basis. IMO, it will be a money losing effort for the IRS to attempt to collect revenue from middle class ‘insurance scofflaws’. More resources will be drained from the IRS, that could be spent elsewhere- BUT, that’s a good thing.
The best thing that the House could do would be to choke off the IRS’ funding at every opportunity.
