no doubt it'll be a regular circus with IRS trying to run things but think of this extra added attraction ~ all the disputes between an insured person and his insurer lined up by a gub'mnt owned and operated exchange (whether federal or state) will end up before the nearest US district court.

Today's pre-ObamaKKKare approach is far simpler and cheaper ~ the insurer just cuts you off until you pay, or you both end up in a STATE COURT disputing the facts surrounding the payment.

The potential number of annual conflicts which will require the ministrations of a US district court FAR EXCEED the capacity of those courts to handle.

ObamaKKKare holds out the promise of bankrupting people while they try to deal with irate and corrupt IRS Agents, which will put them into two federal court systems ~ and at the same time ALL the other cases normally processed by those courts will take years to show up on the docket.

It's either good, or bad, that the federal court system is being derailed to worry about bedpans. The large coporate interests who demanded this nonsense will, of course, be the first to be destroyed due to the absence of available courts.
