The socialists need young, healthy people who will lose money on ObamaCare to buy ObamaCare, or the program will fail. These people, mostly ObamaVoters, are not rushing out to buy insurance that is expected to cost them far more than it is worth. That’s unexpected.
All they need to do is treat them like everyone else. YOU BUY INSURANCE, OR PAY FINE, and IRS will withhold your taxes.
