I honestly am astronomically puzzled as to why these RINO Senators can actually think this is a good thing for the country. I can only surmise they are nothing but power hungry, attention seeking, fawning appeasers that could give a crap about anything but themselves.
We are witnessing a time that has happened before. It was a time long ago when 100 Senators and an Emperor succeeded in destroying their realm so completely.

The problem isn’t border enforcement and WAS NEVER border enforcement. The problem is the demographic shift wiping out Republicans in the US, just as it did in California after Reagan signed the 1986 bill. It took less than a decade in California to take a 50/50 state and turn it into a 60/40 SOLID BLUE state - so now we get to see that nationally.

Putting an amendment in, passing it, does not mean it will be enforced.
Unless and until ENFORCEMENT is the #1 priority, nothing they pass will do anything. And in 5 years, they will be dealing with another few millions of new illegals.

I’ll tell you what will make me want to see this bill passed. First, form an independent commission, NOT political cronies, to study the problem and give recommendations. Second, one recommendation will be to secure the borders and use this same commission to watch the progress and report back to us.
THIRD....the political class has to admit that they lied to us in 1986, please forgive us.....they can make it pretty by saying that politicians come and go, are elected then unelected, we are sorry we lied so many years ago.
Only along the above lines will I EVER agree to this immigration stuff.

My pastor has been at the MD Anderson Cancer Center of America in Houston for the past month for tests and treatment of cancer. He came home last night for 10 days and has to go back. I have yet to hear Limbaugh or any conservative talking head on radio or TV address or even mention the consequences of bringing in extended family. This would allow a third to half of Mexico to eventually qualify to *#*! colonize the US. I can’t listen to anyone discuss this any longer I get so pissed off.
This one’s even worse, because it (as most of us predicted) fast-tracks the amnesty component, but leaves the border security piece subject to the budgetary whims of future Congresses.
