A better solution is NutriBullett. It’s better nutrition, because it actually uses fresh fruits and veggies .. and synthtic vitamins and minerals are not able to give your body the same results that fresh food can do; remember - pills are “supplements” to your diet .. and should never be the main part of your diet.
If you don’t want to waste time cooking .. this is ideal. But, they do show you how to make your own soups and sauces .. which are much healthier for you .. and they lack all that salt, sugar, and weird ingredients (fake coloring and flavoring, etc.).
So far, I’m saving about $40 per month on food; and I’m sure that savings will increase as I get more proficient in how I use the program.
The first exciting benefit was an great increase in energy.
I love fresh fruit and veggies, so this is just perfect for me.
After she lost her desired weight she went on a maintenance diet for a time...her body adjusted to the changes in time and now she eats what she wants...but does not have the cravings she had before...she takes a protein drink and vitamine mineral every day...says when she doesn't take these she craves everything!
not only a habit but entertainment as well
He was so funny - that dry sense of humor was hilarious and a perfect fit as the voice of so many memorable characters on the Simpsons.
I get more fiber through my protein drinks than most average Americans do through their lousy, greasy diet.
I am not a smoothie evangelist, but I have gotten healthier with two of those a day, plus fruit, than I have been for years.
You just need to be careful that you limit the sweet sugars in the drinks. Some of them are just horrible.

The above is an eye opener. My family does a lot of juicing and we also use our blender to make a whole food shakes.
My wife likes hemp shakes. Me...not so much. Hers has tons of fiber though. Like drinking rope through a straw.
I second the motion, I bought one used it, loved it and felt better.
Just don’t fall out of the habit. I bought fresh berries today and threw them in the freezer so when I get back on track with my Nutra Bullet I will have berries at hand.
I’ve know guys who do this with beer.
Switch that to eating all morning and stopping after 4, and you will be amazed how well you feel. That 10pm pig out is killing you. Have sex instead.
I believe the fiber that has been emulsified is not as good as the roughage you get from eating fiber rich foods. Now that being said, you say you’re also eating fruit, and that is a fiber rich food.
You also state that you eat a third meal per day. You’re probably getting fiber in that too.
I don’t see a problem with what you’re doing. You’re probably keeping your weight in check and getting a broad variety of vitamins and minerals to boot.
I’m not a dietitian so folks reading this should take it with a grain of salt..., or something more healthy. :^)
Sex? Wut? Found it boring.
There’s the 5:30-6:30 dinner (not saying I eat for an hour, but that’s about the time I eat), then maybe 8pm, 10pm, 12pm, etc.
You can tell he don’t lay brick for a living.

The only problem I’m having is trying to get something going early in the morning.
I usually get up between 5:30-6:00 am. I live in an apartment complex, and I’m hesitant to rev up my machine because it is fairly loud. I usually have some type of salad for lunch, so it seems that I will be using mine mostly for dinner.
I’m hoping that works out .. because I love having this level of energy.
Thanks, I blew my lunch on my monitor.
>> Eating is a habit. With willpower and the right therapy, you can break away and claim your life back.
Can you do that with breathing, too? Sometimes it would really be handy not to have to breathe.
How about... ah, never mind that one for now.
