I’ve used juicing, a blendeer, etc., but I never got this level of energy by using them on a regular basis. But, the NutriBullet is an “extractor”, which means that it pulverizes seeds, nuts and even the skins on grapes. They also use the many nuts and seeds available (which are filled with multiple vitamins and minerals).

Sometimes, we miss out on the real nutrition portion of our food, because a blender cannot pulverize it so we have the benefit of it. Because we get our food in a pulverized form, it is easier to digest, plus we get more benefit from the “real nutrition” within those foods.

Even if you don't want to go to extremes, this movie is inspirational and is worth the time to watch.
