So a few a days ago Rubio comes out with a proposal for an amendment to ban Obamacare. He really gives us no credit for having any intelligence. If this immigration bill passes Obamacare will be set in stone. The electoral demographics of this country will be fundamentally altered, and in the words of Barack Obama, we will be fundamentally changed as a nation. Unless Lyndsay Graham is right and the illegals will love the Republicans if they help pass this amnesty bill...lol. These guys are so out of touch. If Mitt Romney would have made this an issue, we would have won...
So now is the time for Rush, Levin, and Hannity to decide if they would rather still be friends with Rubio and have this bill, which will destroy America as we know it, pass, or side with the American people and call Rubio out for what he is. Talk radio and the grassroots saved us from the Bush amnesty in 2007, but we are utterly failing to this point.
I don’t think any of them love Rubio.
Limbaugh has said he is very disappointed in and baffled by Rubio, but personally likes him.
Who knows about Hannity, I can never figure out what he thinks. It seems like he can state one sentence with fifteen different opinions.
Levin is reaming Rubio.
Didn’t Rush slam Rubio on Friday? I can’t remember.
Yeah, he was pretty miffed. He knows Rubio used him. But will it last?
Yeah, the talkers’ misguided love for Rubio has made them, as a group, way to slow to respond properly to his traitorous bill.
At least Levin and Rush get it now, but they’ve been way too slow on the uptake.
I didn’t realize Levin is reaming Rubio. I must have missed it. What did he say? Did he go attack like he does with Boehner?
Truthfully, I’m beginning to feel about these guys as I do the MSM. They pushed The Won and now won’t criticize, no matter what he does.
Same thing with talk radio and Rubio. Or they know something I don’t.
Rubio now is a proven Lib loser. Be gone!
*too*
He’s doing it inadvertently...he’s criticizing the whole gang of eight...but I’ve only heard him call Rubio out by name once.....
Yes. What did Levin say about Rubio? He seems to be savaging everyone else associated with the illegal alien amnesty bill but leaving Rubio alone.
That’s true..it’s actually frustrating...he’s deservedly goes after Paul Ryan, McConnell, Jeb Bush, Graham/Mccain, etc.......but he will not touch Rubio, who is the main reason this bill has a chance. I think they don’t want to give up on Rubio yet, hoping he’ll back out. I’m not sure but either way Rubio has taken this far enough that for me personally, I would absolutely never vote for him. If it’s Hilary and Rubio in 2016, I will stay home. It really won’t make a difference in the long term. I will stay home. I absolutely will stay home, no matter how much I despise Hilary.
Get ready to be screamed at by fanboys for your logical and important question.
The ideological elitists such as Rush, Levin, and Hannity believe because Rubio is Hispanic he could do for Republicans what Barry did for the Democrats.
That is pretty cynical because if Rubio were elected, he would not do any more for the country than Barry has.
Neither guy possesses the experience nor leadership ability to lead a nation.
Barry was much smarter than Rubio however. Senator Barry NEVER tried to do ANYTHING as a senator. It NEVER entered Barry's mind to attempt to work with members of the other party. Barry understood that he needed the base to get the nomination before he would need independents to win the general election.
Country club Republicans with some ideological patter such as Rush, Levin and Hannity cannot sell a sellout like Rubio to the conservative base anymore than Crazy Annie Coulter could sell Romney to the conservative base.
Rubio shoots his loud mouth off too much without thinking. Barry played a shrewder game.
Rubio is melting down and whatever Rush, Hannity, and Levin are attempting to pawn as the real deal will be of no matter.
They love Mammon ... nothing else. True conservatives love America.
Yeah I know....they’ll be here soon...
It is possible to have various categories of evaluations of people other that the two classifications that seem popular on discussion websites.
When we limit our evaluations of people to either (1) saviour d’ jour or (2) dead to me, we truncate our view of human nature and the variety of the makeup of the typical complex individual. Levin and the others see aspects of Rubio that they appreciate and thereby have found a category other than 1 or 2 to place Senator Rubio within pending a more lenghty exposure to the end results of this and other matters.
I don’t think opposition to an obviously bad piece of legislation requires an early limitation of categories of classification of one proponent of the shoddy deal. You voice reasoned objections, persuaade sensible people to rise up and defeat it.
Assasination of the character or soundness of an otherwise allied individual is the stuff of Alinsky. Sound conservative minds don’t rely upon such tripe.
Levin on twitter.
Wont criticize? Have you listened to Limbaugh?
Rubio had great promise and he has blown it.
I see your point...but this isn’t just any bill. This bill will absolutely change the course of this nation. It is too big to not be fully committed one way or the other in doing what it takes to stop it.
All I’m asking is that Levin treat Rubio the same way he is treating Paul Ryan. I think that’s fair given Rubio is the face of this bill.
Can’t listen to Rush since I am at work.
So Levin is just tweeting and not saying anything on his national show? Dang, I might have to join the “new world” and start following twitter, lol.
I agree about Rubio...he could have been a contendah!
Agreed.
It seems very odd to me since illegal immigration is one of Levin’s peeves.
