Like I'm surprised.
It’s a strange country we live in today.
The Government is sanctioning criminal acts and violations of the Constitution, while they want a lynch mob taken to the poor Bastid who told us what they are doing.
But no one is listening to our phone calls. Great Leader said so.
I didn’t go to the source, but this smacks of ‘15 minutes of fame’ BS.
I suspect that this is going to have a negative impact on the telecommunications industry. Smart people will limit their phone use to the essentials,
However, it may be a boon to restaurants and cafe’s, as people return to conducting their business in more private settings.
But be sure to agree on a meeting spot in person, not over the phone, or the spooks may bug the area if they think you’re a person of interest like, a Constitutionalist, or Christian, or devout Jew.
October 9, 2008. So where is ABC News’ Brian Ross on today’s story?
2008 - Bush’s fault
“The accounts of the two former intercept operators, who have never met and did not know of the other’s allegations, provide the first inside look at the day to day operations of the huge and controversial US terrorist surveillance program.”
Hey Boehner, you got two more traitors here, you worthless sos.
It is estimated that TENS of THOUSANDS of people
had access to this.
Democrats.
Democrats at IRS.
Moslem Brotherhood at the White House.
Democrats vs. SCOTUS.
Democrats snooping on Congress.
From a bygone era when the American media thought government abuse of power to be newsworthy.
Some people can’t help themselves. As a retired IT DBA, there are all sorts of possibilities for sensitive data to be viewed by either Federal IT contractors and Federal IT employees. IMO, it all boils down to the moral substance of the individual. Either you have a moral compass or you are morally bankrupt.
Reminiscent of the ole party line telephone systems of the 50s and 60s.
Some of those party lines had 6-8 ‘members’. If one phone rang, they all did — but they had individual rings to signal which recipient should pick up. Of course, that didn’t prevent the party-line busybodies from picking up and listening in on the conversations.
The main difference, I suppose, is that all members of the party line group knew others might be listening in. Probably, those like General Petreaus only found out later.

Will someone clue Charles Krauthammer in on this? His faith in Big Government is touching, as demonstrated on Fox’s Special Report yesterday. He and Juan Williams agreed that only “foreigners” had their calls intercepted, which everyone knows is a lie.
When Juan Williams agrees with you, you know you are dead wrong.

Coincidentally, Shia Labouf was plugging one of the Transformers movies with Jay Leno in 2008 and we got this little gem:
“And he told me that one in five phone calls that you make are recorded and logged, and I laughed at him. And then he played back a phone conversation I had two years prior to joining the picture...”

So thrilled that our public employees are finding such an effective and productive way to earn their salaries as snooping in on Americans’ private conversations.
THAT will certainly protect us from the Chinese, the Syrians, and the Iranians.
They should take these wasteful loser arseholes up to the top floor of the office building and see if they can fly.
Here. Read the entire article. Makes me ill to know that now it can be done within our boundaries
Bet all the pedophile politicians are freaking out right now!
