Ill have to follow her now. The galactic show she was in is one of the best sci fi tv shows ever. Her character was quite good. If anyone digs sci fi and hasn’t watched this show you need too. It’s on Netflix.

Apparently, the only ones Ive seen were from the early 80s- when Starbuck was a guy!
wow..a movie character who was a white male hero who was not gay.
now that takes you back, doesn’t it

I started following her the moment I heard the gun grabbers were unfollowing her. The gun grabbers want to destroy the 2nd Amendment, just like Hitler did, after all, the only way to control people is to take away their guns

If I were force to be any charter of any TV show, I would be Starbuck.
indiscriminate sex, drugs, flying, guns, fights, cussing, smoking, drinking, cards..........
my husband would be really unhappy about one of those.

Nah, she played a double-agent in the (currently final) episode. Jack’s daughter was played by Elisha Cuthbert .

Sackhoff tweeted that gun safety is important. Someone responded calling for gun control. She said that's not going to happen in the U.S and repeated her call for people to practice gun safety... Oh no, reason! No wonder she started losing pro gun control followers. She started making sense. ;-) Think I'll go follow her, even though I get on twitter about 4 times a year...

I went over and signed on to follow her for the time being.
She’s probably very squishy, but what the heck. She lost followers due to her saying somewhat of the right thing.

"Starbuck and Boomer became women in the gritty realistic PC version." Watched the original series as a kid decades ago. Watched two or three episodes of the new series on Netflix, but couldn't go for it. I found her character particularly annoying.

Half her followers bailed out over that benign comment? Sounds like the left-wing butthurt caused by Barry & Slow Joe’s defeat on this issue is not subsiding. I give Katee credit for not mocking the idiots mercilessly; she clearly is smarter than the average Tweeter.

The secret was that Starbuck had already been to Earth ~ and been resurrected with the Cylon resurrection ship, but as a female. She forgot that. Then, she went there again. Crashed. Got resurrected and forgot where she'd been. Nobody else knew either, nor did they remember having started off in 'that' Earth ~ but they'd all been there and gotten resurrected many times.
Like all good machines they drank huge quantities of alcohol ~ and never got drunk.
None of this is inconsistent with the original story line.
