There is no question that the big winners from last week were George W. Bush and Dick Cheney, two men vilified for years by the left, the media, and Barack Obama as eager to use the War on Terror as an excuse to violate the Constitutional rights of everyday Americans. Those are cooling towers to the cool the water that flows through the water-cooled condensers inside the building.

Most likely for A/C condensers from the environmental control systems but could be for other systems that require cooling water.
