Well then, let's send Holder out to investigate himself on this too.

Someone please explain to me why this is a bombshell. holder lies everytime he opens his mouth. He’s just a lighter version of obma and a little less chinless.
To: Nachum
Since then, its come to light that Holder himself approved the subpoena that, among other things, named Rosen as a criminal co-conspirator. Holder cannot be held accountable because he was distracted when he approved the subpoena. He simply wasn't aware...

It wasn’t “lying lying”, it was just “lying”. So it’s OK.
To: Nachum
He should be declared in contempt of congress.
Oh wait....that’s already happened.

Thus it is easy to understand how law, instead of checking injustice, becomes the invincible weapon of injustice. It is easy to understand why the law is used by the legislator to destroy in varying degrees among the rest of the people, their personal independence by slavery, their liberty by oppression, and their property by plunder. This is done for the benefit of the person who makes the law, and in proportion to the power that he holds.
Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons, and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim when he defends himself as a criminal.

I guess Congress will have to hold him in contempt . . . again. He’s not about to prosecute himself.
To: Nachum
why is not the consideration of the senate confirmation of eric holder criminal too, since he was corrupt under clinton.

Holder: Did you have any knowledge of the investigation of James Rosen and Fox News?
Holder: No
Holder: Are you sure of that?
Holder: Yes
Holder: OK, I'll put that in my report. Thanks for your cooperation.

My goodness, if the Attorney General of the United States can perjure himself without any punishment, then why have a legal system? If he did this, then he doesn’t get off by just quitting. He needs jail time. If he can perjure himself, and get away with it, then our whole legal system becomes a joke and we might as well disband it. And without a legal system, all contracts are worthless. It’s the law of the jungle then, baby.
