TORONTO (AP) -- A man accused of plotting to derail a train in Canada with support from al-Qaida is asking to be represented by a defense attorney willing to use the "holy book" as a reference in his case.
During a hearing Thursday Chiheb Esseghaier requested a court-appointed lawyer who will use the "holy book" as a reference. The Tunisian-born Muslim was apparently referring to the Quran.

Yea, their “holy book” justifies mass murder. That’s what we’ve been saying.
His definition of Holy Book and mine, are worlds apart.
I would be happy to use his “holy book” as a roll of paper towel to mop up bacon grease.
Other than that, it has no legal standing in a Court. Oh wait, it’s Canada. I’m sure they will recognize his sharia/jihad defense.

Can I use the Koran for kindling?
I’ve often wondered why a muslim attonrey wouldn’t ask for a jury of his peers. In other words a jury of fellow muslims. No way one would ever get convicted. Pull out the koran and use it to justify whatever crime you committed in the name of allah.
Just take a satanic book, bookmark it with bacon, take it to the range....
After a few hundred rounds... Violla HOLE-Y BOOK.....

Give it to him. Discovery of that book would be most interesting and potentially illuminating.
The Koran justifies, indeed preaches and extols, murder or violence against the “infidel” (us).
Reliance upon such a book as a judicial defense ... in a murder or assault case.. is particularly inappropriate in any civilized country.
Maybe he meant *this* book. You have to admit, it would make for an interesting defense.

That comic book for retards is worth less than a roll of toilet paper because at least with toilet paper it can get you clean.
You cannot get clean by trying to wipe crap with crap.
I’m all for it. This way, the jury will learn of the hadiths or whatever that permit and encourage mudslimes to murder us.
Your strategy would also show up the muslims on the jury. It would be interesting to see how many would get away with murder.
