Two dozen Connecticut Tea Party Patriots assembled at the Robert N. Giaimo Federal Building in downtown New Haven at noon on Tuesday, May 21, to protest the perceived criminal activities attributed to the Internal Revenue Service. Recent revelations about IRS targeting conservative and patriot groups validated years of concerns that the Obama Administration was making war against its political opponents.
Many of the Tea Party folk were attending their first rally. At the same time an equal number of protesters were rallying at the Federal Building in Hartford.
Connecticut is on the front lines in the battle to preserve the Constitution. On April 4 the CT state legislature voted to infringe on 2nd Amendment rights. A lawsuit was filed against the state on May 22 to nullify the gun grabber legislation.
I don’t think the American taxpayers should be forced to subsidize a tentacle of the DNC. Especially when that tentacle is wrapped around the necks of those who pay taxes.

Number Nine, Number Nine, Number Nine...
From your lips to Obama’s ears.
Indeed, both the Federal and our own State Constitution!
That is very encouraging to see that Patriotic Americans are still getting involved on a "first time" basis.
The TPM is still growing quite a bit in spite of the MSM saying for years it is dead.
Long live the Tea Party Movement!
Thanks for the report of activism on this issue.
As a side note, I went to many of the very first tea parties in 2009, and we asked at every one for people to indicate if they had ever been to a political rally or protest before. Always the majority of them indicated it was their first time.
The actions of the government has inspired people to understand that something has to be done, and are still getting out of their comfort zones as they realize they won't have one anymore if they don't.
This government will take away everybody’s comfort zone...then the crying will start!
More control over the lives of citizens.
YOU ARE CRAZY: New Psychiatric Guidelines Target Hoarding...and a Host of Other Illnesses
Its not a stretch to suggest that Americans are over medicated. In 2011 doctors across the nation wrote an astounding four billion medical prescriptions, amounting to an average of 13 prescriptions for every man, woman and child in the United States. In the next few weeks the American Psychiatric Associations is releasing their updated fifth version their Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); the so-called bible of psychiatric diagnoses. The new manual promises to take mental illness and the use of prescription drugs to a whole new level. You may not be considered crazy or mentally ill today,...
About the only thing deemed normal anymore is homosexuality.
Thanks for this thread.
Fantastic work! You’re providing hope in a time and a place suffering a paucity of the same.
