Issa knew what he was doing. He got her to testify that an IG report was factual. She testified which voids her 5th plea.
She is being brought back tomorrow and if she invokes again that will bring about contempt analysis. That’s what Gowdy just told Greta.
Each day dismiss her and hand her another subpoena for the next day. She might request water-boarding.
This process needs to be played out like a game of chess, not checkers.

I agree. Issa did fine. The mere fact that he has most of the Democrats on the committee scared to say anything in suport of the IRS says a lot about his committee leadership.
Darrel Issa is one of the few Congressmen who got rich by actually building a company BEFORE he ran for Congress. He gave her more than enough rope to hang herself, and got a lot of good stuff out of the panel that was left. Let’s see how things go when he brings her back.
