It is now well known that the Obama justice department has prosecuted more government leakers under the 1917 Espionage Act than all prior administrations combined - in fact, double the number of all such prior prosecutions. But as last week's controversy over the DOJ's pursuit of the phone records of AP reporters illustrated, this obsessive fixation in defense of secrecy also targets, and severely damages, journalists specifically and the newsgathering process in general.

Meanwhile the administration hasn’t been as concerned about the faggot in the Wikileaks document theft.

It does not matter. The medial will still cover for him and insure democrat mind control takes its toll on America.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
It’s only a “coincidence” that Rosen works for FOX. Uh huh! Just a “coincidence”. The NAZIS have begun their intimidation of FNC.
That's a very interesting turn from the first sentence to the second, from a hat-trick of straw men what looks to me like a lie.
Here's a little bit from the Post article allegedly being quoted:
"The story was published online the same day that a top-secret report was made available to a small circle within the intelligence community including Kim, who at the time was a State Department arms expert with security clearance."
How convenient?
James Rosen has done some good reporting over the years. The fact they are going after him, considering where he works, is very suspicious. I hope Fox stands by him.
This is terrifying.
Anyone who thought a Obama Regime probe into newsgathering WOULDN'T find a link to Fox News, please stand on their heads.
These people are so predictable it's ridiculous.
This requires an organized methodical response that should bring them all down.... too bad our side doesn’t respond like it should..
Obama is going to use James Rosen issue to try to draw all attention away from Benghazi & the IRS. If what the Guardian is saying is true, this is a VERY bad precedent, charging Rosen with something which is not a crime, in order to silence him and others... I m interested to see how the GOP deals with this case in particular.
Brit Hume covering this now on FOX. He seems to be in shock.
This is a smoke screen strategy - they want to change the subject...
True. I hope they (Fox) don’t quite him up, like the reporter who interviewed 0 with tough questions, then got audited. That guys station owner, Belo, has shut him up, after he went public about the audit.
Wow.
Looks like the expats are right. Time to go.
You can be guaranteed that Obama and Holder will hang someone - anyone - in the AP snooping case. It’s essential to their story line, so they can say “See, we told you so.” Someone’s going down, same as Nakoula.
Has Rosen been officially indicted or not...and, if so, when did this happen?
I'm surprised BO'R hasn't been on his soap box about it. I can't stand the Bloviator but he's had good rapport on his show with co-worker Rosen and will most certainly back him up.
