GOP Rep. Mike Kelly was a huge hit at Fridays House hearing on IRS harassment of conservative groups as he skewered acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller.
Some tasty highlights from his fiery rant:
Rep Kelly to Miller: You think this is uncomfortable? Try being a citizen being targeted by the IRS.
Kelly: "This confirms that the #IRS can do anything they want, anytime they want, to anyone they want. "
"Where you're sitting, you should be outraged, but you're not." Rep, Kelly to Miller #IRS #Waysandmeanscommittee
"Is there any limit to the scope as to where you folks can go?
It's sure as hell intimidating." - Rep Kelly #IRS

A stellar example of why electing ‘purists’ and principled people over ‘lesser evils’ matters.

I want Obama, Schumer, Pelosi, Holder, Reid, and a host of others to do SERIOUS jail time for this. Who believes that this was simply a case of a few rogue IRS individuals? This goes all the way up to Obozo, and they did this for political gain. They need to see the inside of a 4x6 cell.Hear, hear! (major thumbs up and standing ovation)
The the fact the IRS was used specifically to intimidate President Obama's political opponents violates privacy laws in regards to tax information, is very likely violations of RICO racketeering statutes, and could also be violations of Federal election laws. We maybe talking 15-plus years in Federal prison over these felonies.

But we're led by... Boehnor. And that's the biggest problem we have if the RATS get away with all of this.
Boehner leadership is worse than no leadership.

At any other time, if they told the truth, they'd be gloating about having that much power. They get off on the fact that they can harass some Joe Citizen to death and that Joe Citizen has absolutely no recourse. They get positively giddy at the thought of the power they wield. It makes no difference to them that some little guy is an unworthy target of the kind of power they hold, no one is beneath their notice when it comes to puttng the screws to people.

Jail, or all those firearms that have been bought over the last few years might become a factor.

Well, of course. Schumer and others urged that the IRS should be turned loose on the many private groups that sprang up more or less spontaneously in 2009 under the broad umbrella of Tea Party.”

How refeshing for the IRS to be under harsh scrutinity. They treat taxpayers like dirt, question them like they are guilty, threaten them with jail or fines.
