That is about an 18 month sentence.

Better hope for solitary.

prosecutors agreed to two life sentences without parole. Statistically speaking, not too long a time
At least on this Earth

Well, there goes my death sentence proposal. I was working out the logistics of having the newly rebuilt 52 foot tall Big Tex mechanical man outfitted with a sharp pair of enormous scissors.... but whatever.

Good.
He didn’t see anything wrong with what he was doing.
Maybe he’ll figure it out.
Meanwhile, the current president voted three times to allow what this guy was doing was legal.
Gosnell is a disgusting monster.
Life begins at conception, when the soul enters the body. Until otherwise proven, natural law goes with that.
Any killing beyond initial conception is murder.
Prevention of that life within the marital (or pretend marital) union is prevention of life. Abortion, according to Poe John Paul II, the great philosopher, is a FRUIT of contraception.
It’s natural law.
Enough killing.
Too bad life in prison here means a comfortable existence, but that’s another subject.

Why cut a deal?
He deserves the chair but the least he would have gotten is life.
His guilt was cut an dried.

I’m certain his victims want him to repent (as they are in heaven where everything’s perfect), so it’s the pro-life thing to do, to allow him life in prison. And IF he repented, the devil would be furious. Reason enough to give the guy some time.

So, he's pro-life, after all.
Well, with respect to his own, I mean.

Symbolically I wish he’d gotten death. As a practical matter, he would likely have died even before his appeal was heard anyway.

Completely innocent babies can be killed without the death penalty but let someone take out some government official who more than likely might deserve it and the death penalty comes into play.
We are a 2 class country. The ruling elite and everyone else.

What a joke. If his prison sentence doesn’t involve the use of scissors, it’s not punishment enough.
