PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia abortion doctor convicted of killing three babies who were born alive has agreed to give up his right to an appeal and will be spared a potential death sentence.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell was convicted Monday of first-degree murder in the deaths of the babies who were delivered alive and killed with scissors. The 72-year-old Gosnell gave up his appeal rights Tuesday, and prosecutors agreed to two life sentences without parole.

From Wikipedia: A total of 3 individuals convicted of murder have been executed by the commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1976. All were executed by lethal injection, and in all three cases, they waived their appeals and asked that the execution be carried out. July 1999 was the last one. Tom Ridge was the guv.
I would hope that he suffered for many years before someone finally squished him.
Put him in the general population.
Let the rat bastard suffer in jail. It will be cheaper for the taxpayer than the mass appeals of his death sentence.
I was listening to KYW Newsradio the day the grand jury report-indictments were handed down.
The liberal Democrat Philadelphia DA Seth Williams read from the report saying that one of the reasons Gosnell got away with this was “politics”.
The Health Department was looking the other way and giving him a pass.
Did Gosnell make campaign contributions? I’m not sure whether the city health or state health departments had repsonsibility.
Pro-Abortion Governors Tom Ridge (R) and Ed Rendell (D) were around, with Rendell being a former Philadelphia DA.
Were city politicians helping to cover this up?
I believe The Blaze approached Ed Rendell with a camera and mic about the Gosnell case.

Life!!! Murders THREE just born children and the pig gets life. If anyone deserved the death penalty, this garbage did. But, of course, he is black, thus not responsible for his actions. It is all white folk’s fault. He was mistreated as a young child by white people.
I’m still holding out hope that Sandusky will get to room with Graham Spanier, the ex-Penn State President. Until that happens, however, sharing a room with the baby killer will be fine.
If the POTUS pushed three times in the senate against the born alive protection act and we’ve killed at least 55,000,000 babies in this country and STILL have the nerve to sing “God Bless America” at baseball games,
then how could he feel remorse for this?
