PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia abortion doctor convicted of killing three babies who were born alive has agreed to give up his right to an appeal and will be spared a potential death sentence.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell was convicted Monday of first-degree murder in the deaths of the babies who were delivered alive and killed with scissors. The 72-year-old Gosnell gave up his appeal rights Tuesday, and prosecutors agreed to two life sentences without parole.

Life begins at conception, when the soul enters the body. Until otherwise proven, natural law goes with that.
Any killing beyond initial conception is murder.
Prevention of that life within the marital (or pretend marital) union is prevention of life. Abortion, according to Poe John Paul II, the great philosopher, is a FRUIT of contraception.

I guess the doc didn’t have the brass ones to face the same fate as those babies who had NO choice...monster!
He’s already about 3 years older than his life expectancy.
They should have clipped the spine and watched his expression!
Why cut a deal?
He deserves the chair but the least he would have gotten is life.
