It was largely overshadowed by the Boston bombing, but on April 18, Sen. John McCain gave what might have been an important speech at the Center for a New American Security.
It was clearly aimed at rhetorically pushing back at the non-interventionist Rand Paul wing of the GOP, but at the end of the speech, McCain took things to a new level: [T]here are times these days, he said, when I feel that I have more in common on foreign policy with President Obama than I do with some in my own party.

McQueeg will agree with anything.
He’s a senile, smarmy, marry money to purchase a senatorship piece of excrement.
Shove it up your smelly Obama, McQueeg.
Health tip...please hold your breath for 24 hrs, senator RINO...it’ll improve your temperament....along with greatly improving our lives.
Hard to believe . . . It’s disgusting to think that he calls himself a Republican . . . and kisses and slobbers all over Obambi’s skinny, illegal-alien ass.
Well, of course he would.
Their views are so much alike on most issues.
what is exactly why you lost you loser!
McCain... GO AWAY!
is there no limit to this man’s foolishness?
no no, he’s being courageous. He came out of the closet....
Hey McCain!
I am all for intervention...
As long as we do it LEGALLY, with a true declaration of war.
AND
That those on who’s behalf we are intervening PAY US! and stop making the US taxpayers pick up the tap to police the world.
There is a broad bipartisan foreign policy consensus often at odds with our old traditions. Obama, McCain and Dick Cheney all discount President Washington’s farewell warning against foreign entanglements.
McCain is a big part of the problem in America today, dating back at least to his socalled “campaign” in 2008... when he spent much of his time reassuring us that it was perfectly OK to vote for Obama — a good fellow who was not really a Muslim or a Commie
oh! and I almost forgot!
AND
that we actually fight to WIN! and stop pussy footing around with our enemies!
McCain continues to vindicate me for listing him on my top ten list of GOP quislings!
Go and be the democRAT that you are. Quit flying under a false flag.
Take your insufferable daughter with you too!!
...if not for the fact that he's an inveterate RINO whose present incoherence and irrelevance belies his honorable past as a POW.
McCain is an embarrassment.
Sun rises in east.
McCain spews.
Same ol’ same old
Steaming pile.
That ain’t news.
First, the leaders in this country have to decide what a win is. It’s not providing schools, health care, cell phones, and bribed leaders who will say what we want to hear as long as our money keeps flowing to them.
The neocon fantasy of spreading democracy to the great unwashed was one of the dumbest foreign policy ideas ever concocted by those who love to send other people’s sons to fight.
He’s always been transparent.. he’s so much vapour to most of us now.. pooooofffftttt..
McCain’s either and islamist himself or an islamist enabler. In either case, he’s digusting.
