Reporters with all the local media had trouble describing what happened over the weekend when 40,000 black people descended on Virginia Beach for a party.
Their audiences, however, did not.
Daniel Johnson was one of dozens of people who had no trouble talking about the lawbreakers and the widespread chaos, danger, thefts, violence and lawlessness they brought to Virginia Beach as part of College Beach Week 2013; a time when black students could “blow off some steam” before final exams.
“Because it was a group of young black college people everyone is scared to say anything for fear of being called a racist,” he said in a post to a Virginian-Pilot news story. “It is what it is – these people come to the Beach and do everything in there [sic] power to intimidate the local and visiting White people at the Beach – rude – disrespectful – dirty and violent – They come here and treat our beach like a toilet On Saturday afternoon I went to the Harris Teeter and a LARGE group of young black visitors were in the parking lot drinking and playing loud music – intimidating locals – I called the police and even though 2 cop cars drove by nothing was done!”

I know dozens of black doctors and nurses well - they don’t want any part of the modern urban black culture either.
Yeah, I think they started going to Philly and it just petered out. For nearly a week in the Spring, people just shut down businesses and avoided Atlanta. It was awful. If you did live in Downtown, or had to work, they would ask you what you were doing there. (The roving gangs) Women were literally raped on the sidewalk. It was like a freaking zoo. Atlanta finally blocked it by putting every police officer on patrol and fizzled out. You can’t have ‘fun’ if there are cops on every corner.
This was in the early 90’s.
I might suggest your friend and other businesses play classical music soundtracks, maybe tame the beasts eh?
Generally they keep pretty good order out there on Va Beach, but it sounds like the local LEOs were overwhelmed. Sounds to me more like thugs from Norfolk decided to crash the party.

Of course, it can be a defensive weapon as well. I believe the Finns were using it when one of their officers quipped: "So many Russians! Where will we bury them all?"
They are claiming that the disruptors are underaged locals. Actually, that wouldn't surprise me. I've also read that they claim the disruptors are older males that follow the groups around.
I have a problem with all of this. If they wanted to keep it at just their members, they should not openly advertise on social media.

The same rowdy crowd is a problem even in rural North Florida. Although this report about a “Crab Festival” from the Corrupt Liberal Media censors the race angle:
“The shootings occurred around 8 p.m. Saturday amid the huge crowd along the road also known as Northeast 40th Street.
Around 70 law enforcement and emergency medical personnel, including around 45 Levy County deputies and officers from other jurisdictions, were stationed at the event when the shooting occurred. Levy safety officials had pre-staged ambulances and a medical helicopter in the area for the festival.”

Eddie has passed away and unfortunately the restaurant has closed. I really miss him and that place.
My little hometown had both ABATE ( featuring H-Ds and lots of fancy tats) and RAGBRAI (featuring bicycles and lots of fancy shorts) stay overnight on the same evening, and regardless of what they had predicted going into it, the townspeople afterwards overwhelmingly agreed that the ABATE people were more courteous, had voluntarily preempted their rowdier elements from yahoo-ing the locals, and didn't swagger around expecting the town to give them everything gratis. RAGBRAI... not so much. Opened some eyes, it did.

Every ambulatory White should vacate VB on this weekend. Let businesses board up in the face of this coming disaster. There is no reason that civilized people should put up with this treatment.

If its that bad I would close down my establishment for the 2-3 days and get out of town. They come into town I get out of town and come back a happy rested person
Pay 3 bucks at First Landing. That three bucks keeps it from being a leper colony. That is where we go.
