Dzhokhar Tsarnaev: A Product of an All-American Left-wing Education?

That the older Boston bombing suspect, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, became a terrorist strikes one as disturbing. That younger brother Dzhokhar also became a terrorist strikes one as frightening.

Adjusting to new country can be trying and stressful. The brothers' parents came to America, only to return to Russia. Tamerlan came at age 16. A widely reported quote attributed to Tamerlan from 2010 says: "I don't have one American friend. I don't understand them." According to his aunt, Tamerlan became a devout Muslim. He reportedly once stood up and shouted down his imam for praising Martin Luther King. One shocked witness recalled Tamerlan yelling, "You cannot mention this guy because he's not a Muslim!"

So teenager Tamerlan found adjusting to America difficult. But how to explain Dzhokhar, who came to America a year earlier than his brother, at the age of 8?

Friends describe Dzhokhar as "Americanized" -- an outgoing, friendly pot-smoker who became a popular captain of his wrestling team, a bright boy who never spoke about religion or Russia and never expressed hostility toward America.

Dzhokhar attended high school at Cambridge Rindge and Latin, a highly regarded school full of prominent alumni, including actors Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, poet e.e. cummings, Nobel Prize-winning physicist Eric Cornell and basketball Hall of Famer Patrick Ewing. Dzhokhar then attended University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth in 2011, where he was a sophomore at the time of the bombings.

What about the "education," especially in the social sciences, that Dzhokhar likely received in high school and college? Did the usual left-wing professors, who dominate in number and influence on nearly all of America's college campuses, teach his courses? Did his instructors stress America's imperfections and teach that racism, sexism and homophobia remain major problems in America, that America is an imperial power that dominates the world, that "Bush lied, people died" on the Iraq War, that Abu Ghraib represents our American "military culture of abuse," which explains why so many foreigners "legitimately hate America," etc.?

How many in-class discussions and dorm bull sessions -- conducted among similarly educated and like-minded students sitting beneath wall posters of Che Guevara -- turned into a chorus of attacks against American "imperialism"?

The National Association of Scholars, a self-described "independent membership association of academics," released a report last year on the effect of academic bias in the University of California system. Because of the lopsided domination in the number of liberal humanities professors vs. the small number of conservatives in the same field, the 10 UC campuses, they write, have become "a sanctuary for a narrow ideological segment of the spectrum of social and political ideas."

Recent UC, San Diego syllabi include history courses like "'Race, Riots and Violence in the U.S.' Exploring how different groups of Americans have constructed competing notions of race, gender, labor and national belonging by participating in street violence." And "African American History in the 20th Century," which covers the transformation of African America by "imperialism, migration, urbanization, desegregation, and deindustrialization." And "American Women/American Womanhood" includes topics in relation to "a dominant ideology of womanhood ... witchcraft, evangelicalism, cult of domesticity, sexuality, rise of industrial capitalism."

OK, that's far-left-wing California. But the Texas affiliate found the same thing. In its recently released report on bias in history classes at The University of Texas and Texas A&M University, NAS Texas found "all too often the course readings gave strong emphasis to race, class or gender (RCG) social history, an emphasis so strong that it diminished the attention given to other subjects in American history (such as military, diplomatic, religious, intellectual history)."

Our colleges and universities today find themselves stocked with '60s radicals, some of whom even committed acts of violence. They include:

Former fugitive Weather Underground co-founder terrorist Bill Ayers -- a now-retired professor who enjoyed tenure as a professor of education at University of Illinois at Chicago.

Bernardine Dohrn -- Ayers' wife and a former WU leader, who declared war on the U.S., spent three years on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list and became an associate professor of law at Northwestern University School of Law.

Convicted murderer and former Weather Underground terrorist Kathy Boudin -- a Columbia University professor and scholar-in-residence at NYU.

Former WU member Howard Machtinger -- linked to a deadly unsolved bombing of a San Francisco police station, he enjoys retirement from his career as professor at North Carolina Central University and teaching fellows director at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill's School of Education.

WU member Susan Rosenberg -- spent years on the run after her indictment for WU's Brinks robbery and triple murder, until apprehended for moving, according to The New York Times, "740 pounds of dynamite and weapons, including a submachine gun." Rosenberg spent 16 years in prison until President Bill Clinton commuted her sentence, after which she took a job teaching at John Jay College.

After the Tsarnaevs became suspects, the president of Chechnya said: "Any attempt to link Chechnya and the Tsarnaevs, if indeed they are guilty, is futile. They grew up in the U.S.A., their viewpoints and beliefs were formed there. You must look for the roots of their evil in America."

He is right. The search for the "why" starts right here.

The Left and the Muslims have formed an alliance to take America down.

In Obama, I think we see the perfect melding of these two forces.
In the older brother, we see the predominant influence of Islam.
In the younger brother, we probably see the predominant influence of the anti-American Left, as taught in our public schools, and enhanced by an older brother.

Evil is afoot.

Just tell the FBI you're a Muslim, and they will close your file.

All you had to do was listen to the mother. They were raised Muslims. Wouldn’t be surprised if momma didn’t buy (shoplift) the pressure cookers.

Why do foreign states need to train terrorists when the united states through its universities, colleges and welfare programs does just fine in that training.

Did you see this?

Tamerlan Tsarnaev vowed to die for Islam; judge may have prematurely stopped brother's interrogation, sources say

--snip--

The FBI filed a federal criminal complaint against the 19-year-old on Sunday, and federal District Court Judge Marianne Bowler arrived at the hospital where he is being treated to preside over his initial hearing Monday, when she read him his Miranda rights.

[FBI officials told The Associated Press Wednesday that Tsarnaev acknowledged to investigators his role in the attacks before he was advised of his constitutional rights. He reportedly said he was only recently recruited by his brother to be part of the attack.]

But Fox News' sources say there was confusion about Bowler's timing, with some voicing concerns that investigators were not given enough time to question Dzhokhar under the "public safety exception" invoked by the Justice Department.

Two officials with knowledge of the FBI briefing on Capitol Hill said the FBI was against stopping the investigators' questioning and was stunned that the judge, Justice Department prosecutors and public defenders showed up, feeling valuable intelligence may have been sacrificed as a result.

The FBI had been questioning Tsarnaev for 16 hours before the judge called a start to the court proceeding, officials familiar with the Capitol Hill briefing told Fox News.

--snip--

Did you ever hear of a judge coming to an interrogation and advising the accused of his Miranda rights and telling him he doesn't need to say anything?

Something stinks to high heaven, but we know with a doubt who sent the judge

I think Glen Beck is on the right track with the Saudi operative Alharbi. He just "happened" to be right in the blast zone, what bad luck! Then there were TWO emergency meetings with Saudi ambassadors showing up at the WH, and Alharbi drops off the radar screen.

We are being lied to.

I couldn't pass up an opportunity to point out the obvious. This is not how the Regime reported Tamerlan died.

We have caught the authorities in another string of lies, but that's not a first in this investigation. Listening carefully to yesterday's overly detailed accounts of precision SWAT team tactics, intense firefights and the shameful lockdown of Boston in a virtual state of martial law. It would make any Bolshevik proud; the American people have smelled an enormous rat. It wasn't until still images of a naked man being taken into custody two nights ago were confirmed by this very high quality video that we understood why.

Look at the video. Beyond a reasonable doubt, his jihadi parents and a lucid Uncle all identify this person as Tamerlan.

To ignore the possibility of a conspiracy would be condoning a series of lies. If you watched news reports all last week and observed the behavior of the Police Chief, the FBI and the official spokesperson;it was apparent these folks were not offering candid information to the public. They only spoke to the nation to mislead.

When they finally did ask the public for assistance, they begged the American people to ignore other suspects and only focus on one set of suspicious men. We just discovered that the FBI had files on both men. Obviously, the Regime knew who these people were and the FBI didn't need anyone to finger them. The truth of the matter shows they were desperate to shift the focus away from an army of interlopers the public had identified as para-military operators.

This circus was conducted as a confusing three ring affair. The FBI cancelled press conferences four separate times, because they were forced to respond to everyday American's that were discovering the unsettling truth. Examination of cellphone pictures and published photographs from the internet supported allegations of a far flung conspiracy. The FBI had to adapt and amend their story line to take into account the discovery of several sets of conspirators lurking on, or about the finish line.

The people of this country forced leadership to explain away the presence of several groups of men wearing military fatigues, wearing identical black backpacks and talking into hidden microphones. We soon discovered that the Mass. Army Guard Bomb Disposal Unit was running an 'mock' operation during the Marathon. Of course, now that citizens discovered this exercise, the Regime admitted sheepishly that this expert bomb unit was indeed on the scene. We're supposed to buy their story that these bomb experts were only conducting an exercise with mock explosives. It gets worse.

Mock explosives sound real familiar to anyone following the dozens of FBI sting operations that the Regime has conducted to weed out domestic 'lone wolf' moslem terrorists which, turn out to be radicalized moslems BTW. Reports that phony amputees were also present on the scene to create more horrific carnage have also been confirmed by the professional amputee actors themselves. They're used by the Army to make training exercises appear more realistic. I don't think it would be hard to convince the 30-40 citizen's that actually lost a limb in this 'exercise' that their experience was unrealistic?

The incestuous relationship that exists between the media and our elected officials is nothing short of parasitism. The un-official, off the record tips given to the media were leaked in order to distract the public from continuing the search for the truth behind the bombing. Three times media lapdogs faithfully trotted out the most recent official claim of the bomber's capture.

Film was suddenly shown of police vehicles delivering a 'suspect' to the Boston Courthouse. A press conference was called and the supportive media pimps primed their audiences for an announcement that a 'white male' was in custody. CNN & MSNBC was all fired up in a self righteous lather.

However, it was soon apparent the FBI was caught in a web of lies. They had to clear out the courthouse and hide themselves away from the public and thousands prying eyes. Of course, they turned to their tried and true favorite deploying a 'Weapon of Mass Deception' and utilized the ensuing panic created by a bomb threat to cordon off and remove reporters, photographers and the general public from the courthouse.

The whole Boston charade reached critical mass with the on the record reports of the final manhunt for the Brothers Tsarnaev. Clearly, a healthy Tamerlan was taken into custody. It couldn't be anyone else. He's actually smiling for the cameras, because he thinks he's a hero. His name might soon be cleared by his Boston FBI handlers. Whatever else happened in Watertown, this man was walking upright and was breathing. I also think the American people will demand yet another explanation. Do pigs fly, Mr. President?

Howie Carr: “Did Tamerlan really become “radicalized” when the state took away his EBT card...”

The terrorist attended a Mosque that gave instruction on how to properly beat your wife and not leave marks.

But...the government frowned on his wife beating, which he probably saw as his God given right as a Muslim man -they charged him with domestic violence ta-boot. Which we can no doubt assume contributed to his wife’s liberation -from him. And, so was cut out of the welfare gravy train. On top of all that the State started to pursue him for child support.

Meanwhile, Mom fled the country rather than face shop lifting charges. (She didn’t offer her hand to be cut off.) This was probably attributed to materialism, an outside force, as any good democrat would. The same materialism he couldn’t enjoy now that his wife is gone with the welfare benefits.

Can you smell the rage!
