"Lawmaking in our nation has indeed taken a strange twist. Senators invite illegal aliens to testify before Congress
but American citizens working as law enforcement officers within our nations broken immigration system are purposely excluded from the process and prohibited from providing input".

AMNESTY TWO ISSUES NEVER TOUCHED
ACTIVE FR’S IF YOU SEE ANY CREDITABLE REPORTS OF PROBLEMS AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE HAVING WHILE LIVING IN MEXICO PLEASE POST THEM.....
(1) When is the treatment of American citizens in Mexico and their rights vs US treatment of Mexicans going to be an issue when we discuss amnesty ?
This is a question: Should Mexican citizens when in the US be given the same rights American citizens are given while in Mexico? This has yet to appear on any US legislator’s questionaire from either chamber....ASK YOUR FEDERAL LEGISLATORS WHY IT HASN’T ...OR AS THAT GOVERNMENT LAYS CLAIMS THROUGH ITS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM TO US SOUTHWESTERN STATES AS THEIRS IS BY ALLOWING ITS ILLEGALS TO SETTLE HERE ARE WE INVITING PROBLEMS
(2) What makes it necessary for US to subjugate our sovereignty because of available cheap labor ? While the Godless Demo-Coms socialists encourage population control and abortion . Then complain the US is not reproducing enough citizens to replace its aging retiring workforce. But rely on (as the Romans did) on foreigners (barbarians) .to keep their welfare ponzie schemes supplied with tax money and keep the system working..
Ever hear of reciprocal aggrements ? These are arranged to protect the rights of American citizens working or living in other countries.
Why is it when it comes to citizens of other countries we are required to offer them the same privledges as we do to US citizens? But when it comes to US citizens who get in trouble or attempt to do business in other countries they do not get the same treatment their citizens get.
Americans cant own coast land in Mexico. And get no title to it elsewhere. If they run out of cash theyll get unceremoniously sent back or put in jail untill some relative comes up with the fresh. Thats just for starters as for granting them voting privledges yea lets give Mexican citizens that right when American citizens vote in their elections .
Spanish speakers shove to the head of the line taking scholarship money, in state tuition, in parking losts, even in the express lane at the checkout counter, laden with a full basket as the manager “discreetly “ changes the line to non express, disappointing the bill payers to the back of the line, holding one or two items.
The local Catholic clergy favoers the Spanish speakers putting them to the head of the line, mistreating those who’ve contributed for so many years, to the extent of weighing in on legislation on this matter, read National Catholic Register this week.
The locals apologize for not speaking Spanish and refuse to correct this behavior. They are wimps. They make that awful Rubio look like a founding father. They are capitulating and they abuse any one trying to rectify the situation.
Americans are giving it away. They are wimps.
Never trust anything done in a joint effort by Donks and Pubs.
A federal judge said this week that the Obama administration is likely violating the law by telling immigration agents and officers not to arrest illegal immigrants they deem low priority, in a case that could upend President Obamas enforcement policy. For the last several years the administration has said it will no longer arrest most illegal immigrants, arguing it wants to focus only on those with serious criminal records or gang ties.
The Homeland Security department said it was using prosecutorial discretion. Immigration agents and officers sued, saying federal law requires them to make the arrests, but the Obama administration would discipline them if they complied with the law.
Federal Judge Reed O'Connor said in a court order Tuesday that Congress, not the president, sets priority for arresting illegal immigrants, and said the law requires them to be put in deportation proceedings. The court finds that DHS does not have discretion to refuse to initiate removal proceedings, Judge O'Connor wrote.

I would have pinata’ed this ugly thing.
All you FReepers know what to do! Fry the phone lines, shut down the servers. Smoke these pripps for Morbid. Guarantee them a well funded primary opponent your the rest of their lives!
I would have melted it, like I melt snow in the woods while out hunting and not near a bathroom...
I hope this video goes viral. I am as shocked by it, as the videos of home invasions by LEO on law abiding Boston citizens. How long and in how many ways will Executive Branch members be allowed to ignore the Laws each swore to uphold? It is time for legislators to step up, and protect the rights of those they represent. I am weary of their excuses.
“enforce the laws he chooses to enforce”
It needs some yellow stains on it ...
An excerpt, “Agents are forced to apply the Obama Dream Act, NOT to children in schools, but to adult inmates in jails, releasing criminals back into communities who have committed felonies, assaulted officers, and prey on children.”
This gives you all an idea of how many aliens, including criminals, will be excluded from amnesty.
99.5% of Deferred Action Applications Approved
Would Same Rubber-stamping Occur Under Senate Amnesty Bill?
WASHINGTON, DC (April 24, 2013) Statistics from U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service indicate that the agency is rubber-stamping the applications for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. They report that 99.5% of applicants have been approved, which appears to be well above approval rates for other legal programs, which have fraud and rejection rates in the double digits. The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) predicts the level of fraud could be significant in what is considered a test run for the much larger amnesty included in the Schumer-Rubio immigration bill.
In the first six weeks of the DACA program, only one out of every 5,000 applications was denied. These numbers are quite worrisome, considering prior CIS research estimated that one quarter of the applications during the 1986 amnesty were fraudulent. The 1986 program had an even tougher application review process that included routine face to face interviews. The question is whether such a limited review process would also occur under the sweeping amnesty bill currently being considered by Congress.
USCIS should answer public concerns that DACA applicants are not required to prove their claims of eligibility, and that the agency is taking proper care to vet applicants so that unqualified and possibly dangerous individuals will be screened out and removed, stated Jessica Vaughan, Director of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies. Moreover, given renewed concern over the national security risks of mass immigration, no large-scale legalization program should be implemented until a thorough quality control and fraud assessment of DACA has been conducted. The stakes for public safety are just too high for us to rush into sweeping reforms.

Sorry, I'm not stoned yet. Too early for me. What the hell are you trying to say?
FMCDH(BITS)
I and many others I speak to, are of the opinion that we have as much input into our current government as we do with the funny hat people at the UN.
Excluding citizens from the process would have been completely rejected by the Founders but we allow both sides of the Government Ruling Elite Party to do it.
That was a great video by the head of the union representing ICE law enforcement. Probably the first time I have ever seen a union official openly critizing not only the nefarious “Gang of 8” but also chastising the 0dumb0 administration for ignoring laws & failing to enforce our nation’s laws.
