"You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers to be the Jews..." -- Qur'an 5:82
This Qur'anic dictum usually manifests itself as intense animosity on the part of Muslims toward Jews.
"SEE IT: Wild Brooklyn melee erupts as NYPD arrests Muslim teen for allegedly taunting Jewish subway rider," by Shane Dixon Kavanaugh for the New York Daily News, April 18 (thanks to Twostellas):
The attempted arrest of an allegedly hate-mongering teen aboard a Brooklyn subway quickly turned into a wild showdown between cops and a roiled mob, according to sources and video obtained by the Daily News.
The melee began when suspect Stephan Stowe, 17, and a group of eight friends approached a Jewish man wearing a yarmulke aboard a Brooklyn-bound 3 train just before 3 p.m. Monday, police sources said Wednesday.
"Assalamu Alaikum," Stowe said to the man, using a common greeting among Muslims that means, "Peace be with you," court documents allege.
Actually it means "Peace be upon you," which is not quite the same thing.
When the man ignored the greeting, Stowe allegedly became combative.
"You think you're better than me?" the teen allegedly said. "We are cousins."
"No were not," The man shot back, and told Stowe to leave him alone.
The suspect then started hurling ethnic slurs and called the man disrespectful, according to court papers.
As the tension aboard the train escalated, the man whipped out his cell phone and took a photo of Stowe, who then snatched the phone and deleted the photo, police sources said.
"I'm going to kill you right now," Stowe said, according to cops and court records. He then swore at the man, according to cops and court records, and in an apparent reference to the Holocaust added, "They should have killed all of you."
The man managed to swipe his phone back from Stowe and ran to alert the conductor, police sources said. As the train pulled into the Eastern Parkway/Brooklyn Museum stop, cops were waiting to collar Stowe, police sources said.
But that's when a mob rose up against the cops....
Sometimes I get down on the police, but when I see scenes like this, I think there’s not enough they could pay me to do that job.
Democrats destroyed the family unit and the black community was the hardest hit. Without the need to work for a living, a father/husband was no longer needed. With free child care and schools offering breakfast lunch and dinner a mother is no longer needed. Toss in a weak legal system and decline in Church activity you have an entire generation of children with no morals or understanding of what love and family really means.
LOL! Yea, that quickly flew out the window.
Looks like a bunch of Obama supporters.
I often wonder how much longer we have to tolerate societies scum,i’ve had about enough.
Ya think so? No Mitt Romney fans in there? ;)
I hear ya. We stopped by Bent's Old Fort in Southern CO one year and the tour guide told us that if you were out on the trail or wherever and showing your ass and getting on people's nerves, you were a goner. I don't guess I would like to go back to those days, but we've gone too far in the other direction where too much is tolerated.
I wonder why the headline says that the mohammedan was arrested for “taunting” the victim when the perp actually made a death threat.
i guess he is a true muslim, no problem with killing his ‘cousin’.
Not only do I believe in stand your ground, but I believe if somebody say’s they’re going to kill you, then you should be legal for you to act upon that too.
Does that mean he has retracted the peace be upon you thingy from earlier?
I think the initial translation was supposed to be: “I’ll pull a piece on you”.
They are not dealing with humans in that situation. Feral animals is the appropriate turn.
New York City, the center of Western Culture!
In the old sailing ship days, sailors who couldn’t get along tended to just disappear one dark night. Very mysterious.
Totally agree with you! Then you don’t have to waste time looking over your shoulder.
