Mark Kelly, the husband of former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, still engages in target practice with the same type of weapon used to shoot his wife.
A CNN report showed Kelly shooting at water bottles and pots with a Glock 9 millimeter in the backyard of Giffordss mothers house. Giffords watched from a porch, cheering him on.

Democrats. wtf as usual.
i have signed up for an upcoming conceal and carry class... excited!
Definitely a “wtf” to me as well. She’s anti gun, gets shot, even more anti gun, but it’s okay for her husband to shoot, for her to shoot as well.
The disconnect these people have with logic and reality makes me depressed.
Mark Kelly - the political world’s answer to Kim Kardashian.
Speaking of Fatass Kimmy, anyone here think her latest excuse that “she’s getting paid to get fatassed” is real?
I think it’s just a matter of her taking a liking to 5 gallon sized Mayonnaise from WalMart (her maid gets it for her.)
It’s not about the right of the people to keep and bear arms, it’s about some animals being more equal than others. The ruling class elites are exempt from the laws they want to pass in order to control us.
so...the shooter used a Glock...and??? Liberals are waste of O2 - these stories jump off the cliff of stupidity!
Guns for me, but NOT for thee!!
Peasants!!!
OK for me but not for thee—democrat mantra.
I wonder sometimes if the left are that really stupid or they simple are not in the real world.
Obama has a concert while he closes our house.
calls a terrorist attack and calls it work place violence.
ban guns but it’s OK for them to have guns and be protected with guns.
say they are for Israel and yet defend radical muslims and islam.
Give gins to drugs lords and yet ignore that as they ignore Libya but we all know if Bush had acted like this then they would be outraged\.
Mad about debt but now have no problem with debt because it’s their guy, well fairy boy who spends.
The talk about emissions and saving the planet but then drive SUV’s and trucks and even have an oabma sticker on and I have also seen vote blue go green on a massive truck.
Have a problem with water boarding but then if it were their kids in danger they would do anything.
Have a problem with Gitmo but now they do not.
The left just have such a problem and are hypocrites and yet I have to truly ask are they for real and just looney or is everything to them politics and ignorance.
I am no expert on firearms ,but I do shoot occassionally.
I don’t place my target on the rock or in the rocks.
Has anyone ever heard the word ricochet?
Gabby is just lucky she wasn’t hit with one.
Good for you. Don’t forget the three most important things about shooting, practice, practice, practice! (When you can find the ammo:(
I noticed that also. Shooting at rocks is extremely hazardous and thus negligent. But understand, had he, his wife or his mother-in-law been injured by a bullet that ricocheted it would have been the gun’s fault. Yes, they are that stupid.
“This is the same kind of gun Gabby was shot with, Kelly said. A Glock, a 9-mm Glock, but in that case it holds 33 rounds. This, when its full, holds 17. He shot 33 rounds.”
Ok so let’s say I have an extra mag with another 17 rds in my non shooting hand and I can drop an empty mag and slap in another 17 rnd mag in about what? 2-3 seconds, now I have 34 rds with almost no delay. I dont see the point this guy is trying to make.
Glock makes 30 round mags for its pistols.
Isn’t that dangerous? Shooting a 9mm pistol in the back yard could endanger ones neighbors.
I’d be sending an arrest team to the home of Mr. Kelly and relieving him of all weapons. He’s a danger to the public. An one especially ex-military should know better.
I don’t object to owning a weapon. But I do object to the dangerous use of that weapon.
She wasn’t “anti-gun” before she got shot. She had a “C” on the NRA report card. I don’t think she’s anti-anything these days, it’s all about her exploitative husband now.
I’m glad Mark Kelly is on their side.
