Sen. Feinstein: Private Gun Sales Play into Terrorists' Hands
breitbart ^ | April 12 2013 | AWR Hawkins

During an appearance on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) said expanded background checks are "not enough," and private gun sales cannot continue because they allow terrorists to buy guns in the United States.

"Can a terrorist currently buy a gun in this country? Yes. Can a felon? Yes. You go to a gun show and virtually no questions are asked," Feinstein claimed.

Joe Scarborough chimed in later in the segment to echo Feinstein's claim, asserting, "So now we have al Qaeda terrorists saying, 'Kill Americans, it's easy, just go to gun shows, get an assault weapon.'"

Feinstein is a terrorist gangster trying strip away the civil rights of Americans. Let’s ask her about the billions of baby-killer bullets ordered by DHS.

Unless my mind is slipping, private gun sales to known terrorists or felons is already illegal.

You realize the terrorists she’s talking about are legal gun owners.

Diane Feinstein, you moron. Gun control plays into the hands of totalitarian butchers.

You know, we hear a lot of twaddle, mostly from leftists such as Barry Obama et al, about "ballots, not bullets." But it was bullets, not ballots, that secured the American Revolution and virtually every other revolution as long as there have been guns. Before that the modality was whatever folks had at had at hand, all the way back to clubs and rocks. That's just a matter of fact, whether the revolution was good or bad. Mao knew this. This is why his slogan, "Power is in the barrel of a gun" was nothing revolutionary but just a restatement of what the Founders of the United States knew so many years ago. Similarly, after a revolution, the post-revolutionary order is maintained in the same way, either for good or for ill.

The difference in the United States is that the Founders intended that their society (that is, the PEOPLE that constitute the society, not the government chosen by the people, in conformity with the Constitution, to help them maintain their liberty) remain armed in order that the new government not grow large and oppressive like the one against which the Revolution was fought. They wanted their descendants to have the same options they did should worse come to worst. That's why the Second Amendment is the power behind the ballot. This is also why 100% voter turnout in totalitarian countries is such a sick joke.

Anyone who fails to see the enormity of what a powerful government means to an unarmed citizenry has failed to learn the lessons of both American and world history. And of recent history: in the last 100 years more people have been killed by their own governments or political folks trying to take over their governments than during any time in human history: over 260,000,000 of them. The aggressors were able to do this through superior firepower. The victims were unable to resist because their sufficient firepower to do so had already been taken from them.

And yet there are folks here in the U.S.A. who say, oh, something like that could never happen here: we're too wise, too civilized, too advanced, too whatever to ever do anything like that. Uh huh. One of the technologically most advanced, best educated, most literate, most inventive societies in history was responsible for the gas ovens and "Arbeit macht frei." Scratch a modern statist technocrat yearning to fundamentally transform his society because he just knows it's the right thing to do and just under the skin you'll find a machete-wielding Hutu bent on doing the same thing. The only difference is that the technocrat has a whole lot more power to bring to bear on his recalcitrant subjects.

And in spite of recent world history, we have Barry misery-pimping kids killed by means of one of the least likely ways of dying in the United States, a random shooting by a nutcase, in order to promote his agenda of gun control that has underlain the greatest number of murders in the shortest amount of time in human history. No thanks. As George Washington said, government, like fire, is a dangerous servant and a fearsome master. He and others prescribed a heavily-armed populace, not the professed good intentions of politicians, as a way of keeping government in the category of a necessary but limited evil.

Diane, the only other thing that has been used to take more lives has been abortion. Do you think there would be as many abortions if the unborn were as adept at defending their lives as the Founders depended on Americans to be at defending their liberty via the threat of force of arms?

It amounted to insider trading! She was getting info on defense spending and he bought stock accordingly.

She was a lot more illegal than Martha Stewart.

It didn’t “amount to insider trading.” It *was* insider trading. It was also legal. Congressmen and Senators are exempt from insider trading laws. Pelosi has also made a fortune from insider trading. If Martha Stewart was a congresswoman, she never would have gotten into any trouble.

Insider Trading is legal for them, just not for us.

Fienstien is such a load of crap. Why would a group of terrorist go to the local gun shop to purchase their weapons that are Semi-automatic only, When they can get fully automatic weapons just as easily by smuggling them here ?This country’s borders are not that secure as we all know from the amount of illegal Drugs and illegal aliens pouring into here.

A porous southern border plays into the hands of terrorists even more, but cracking down on that would result in fewer Dem voters, wouldn’t it Diane?

She’s a bald faced liar.

She's friggin insane. Just heard a clip of her on the radio, and it sounded like a secretly taped confession of someone dumping all of their lurid gun related phobias to a mental health therapist. If you follow her tortured reasoning, one can only conclude that she's coming eventually for the lowly .38 revolver... the type of firearm used in the Moscone/Milk murders, and which made her snap.

Quote of the Day from the Los Angeles Times:

“Frankly, I don’t know what it is about California, but we seem to have a strange urge to elect really obnoxious women to high office. I’m not bragging, you understand, but no other state, including Maine, even comes close. When it comes to sending left-wing dingbats to Washington, we’re Number One. There’s no getting around the fact that the last time anyone saw the likes of Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, Maxine Waters, and Nancy Pelosi, they were stirring a cauldron when the curtain went up on ‘Macbeth’. The four of them are like jackasses who happen to possess the gift of blab. You don’t know if you should condemn them for their stupidity or simply marvel at their ability to form words.”

— Columnist Burt Prelutsky, Los Angeles Times

How right you are Joe! Like that time the terrorists left that young intern dead and naked in the bottom of that stairwell... Oh wait! Sorry. That was YOUR intern!

It is the pro-amnesty and pro-immigration from enemy nations supporters who play into the hands of terrorists.
