I am taking part in tonight's townhall with more than 2 dozens other (Black) Conservatives which will be hosted by Foxnews's Sean Hannity. The townhall, which was the brainchild of Deneen Borelli brought together (Black) Conservatives from all walks of life and is meant to show the American public that our community is not monolithic as many Americans have been lead to think and that there are Conservatives within the Black Community despite what the Liberal Left tells Americans.
The following is a list of those Conservatives who took part in this first townhall: DR. BEN CARSON, BISHOP COUNCIL NEDD II, CHARLES LOLLAR, DAVID WEBB, KEVIN MARTIN, REGINALD JONES, REV CL BRYANT, RON CHRISTIE, STACY SWIMP, WAYNE BRADLEY, CRYSTAL WRIGHT, DENEEN BORELLI, ERICA DRAYTON, JADA JACKSON COLLINS, KARL MILLER, KEVIN JACKSON, LESLI BROWER, STAR PARKER, CAROL SWAIN, JASON RILEY, REVEREND JESSE LEE PETERSON, DARLENE KENNEDY, EARL PHILLIP and CJ JORDAN.
Each person spoke on personal ideas and solutions that they believe can solve the issues of critical importance to all Americans, as well as committing ourselves to more active role to push back again the Liberal narratives.

Yeah, that’s probably what they thought when they invited Dr. Carson to the Prayer Breakfast, that they could co-opt him. The funny thing is, when they invite you to the table, they can’t control you unless you let them, and Dr. Carson didn’t let them control him. So, if a fellow FReeper has a chance to grab the mic and speak his mind, maybe some good will come of that too.

I had already set the DVR for Hannity, even tho we don’t watch him, after hearing Dr. Ben Carson will be on. So this will be a double treat! The cream of the crop, the best of the best—you make us proud.
I missed that wonderful Gathering of Eagles—my car was totally sealed shut with a covering of ice at 4 a.m. that morning. I had my Eagle armband all sewn on my coat. I was heartbroken all day but watched the coverage and remember that phenomenal banner!
