Actually, it's my friday, taking a couple of days off to hang out with son-boy, who's coming to town. Wanted to take him to the beach, but it looks like wet times out there :-(

I’m good...just waiting till time to leave on my road trip...this part to home. Hop you are enjoying the rain...got a lot here in OKC! I don’t think our hometown in Texas got any though, darn it!

I wear shoes out, to the point that the soles are worn out or the sides break. But she could wear a different pair every day for about three or four months and not use the same shoes twice.

I have to have several pair - for work and home - winter and summer. And they last me years. But once I retire I won’t need so many.

I can wear sneakers year round here. I got rid of all my old military boots and have more room in the garage closet. I keep a few old sneakers for yard work. Three or four pairs for church and that’s it.

Wish I could say the same. I'd rather wear flip flops or open toe sandals year round - except when doing yard work.

The storms had some runoff, but a 62 mile long lake that is 50’ low needs several days of heavy rain.
