After issuing a ruthless take-down of actor Jim Carrey, FOX News Host Greg Gutfeld responded to Jim Carrey's complaints about the network for mocking his parody video ridiculing Charlton Heston and gun owners.
In the video, Carrey sings that, "Charlton Heston movies are no longer in demand, and his immortal soul may lay forever in the sand. The angels wouldn't take him up to heaven like he planned, because they couldn't pry the gun from his cold dead hand."
Gutfeld added that Carrey had come out of the fight looking moronic.
"That’s why our country’s great, because washed-up comics have the right to suck," said Gutfeld. "I love the first amendment, and Twitter especially--for it exposes the soft underbelly of the celebrity simple mind. They undo everything their publicists try to mask. The mystery is replaced by the moronic."
Gutfeld argued that Carrey was such a bad comedian he chose to attack a dead man - Charlton Heston.
"I guess Jim thinks he couldn’t lose a debate to a dead man," Gutfeld concluded. "That’s what’s really funny; he did."

Carrey is an example of why Americans have become fed up with “immigrants”. They don’t understand what it means to be an American and they want America to be a wealthy version of they sewer they crawled out of. Jim Carrey like Steve Martin and Tom Hanks forgot how to be funny many years ago. One of the early ones was Mike Ferrell from MASH. Linda Ronstadt was also an early adopter when she got fat and ugly.
There is a pretty obvious pattern developing here. These celebrities that say all this ridiculous crap seem to be washed up has-been’s well past their career peaks.
What I think they had in common was an uncommon need for adulation and adoration. They don’t get it any more because they are nothing but stupid self absorbed performers and can’t deal with real life. They don’t receive studio provided sycophant staff to give them hand jobs. Then they go off the reservation into Xanax Land.
Perhaps Obama should have a Has-Been Actor Bailout Executive Action to supply these mental cripples with their sycophantic right guaranteed by the constitution.
Jim Carrey is a little bit like Curly Howard, but lacks Curly’s subtle delivery and dramatic flair.
